The lady Tonya / Tanya whatever her name is , she's just completely rude I'd never want to ask her for help again. She definitely take her time on purpose, and then gets an attitude when asks to take measurements. I'd never shop her again just because of her. And, she gives her opinion when it's not needed

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Sales associate is terrible, don’t go there please they will make sure you feel like Sh*~%, there is a dark skin old guy he is the worst, he will get mad if you don’t buy the size he is telling you, doesn’t matter if its 2 times your normal size, then he won’t want to help you if you don’t listen to what he says! Stay away from this store, specially the one in Rockville (haven’t been in other locations) but in my personal experience this location is GARBAGE!

I heard OF DXL a couple yrs ago but ,it was only being promoted for big guys. so I didn't go BUT then they started getting clothes for tall guys also so i checked them out. They have a wide variety of a little bit of everything. It would be better if they had certain discounts for dxl membet like 20% or 30% of your high brands. Without the need to but 3-4 different things, some customers in bulks like that. The ralph lauren the lacoste should be brought down a little bit. Outlets do it and they make a lot of money because of that. They have $120 shirts with a 20% discount nd maybe 10% you get in an email you end paying about $80 or just a tad bit more

The customer service here is on another level that I don't think I can put in words. E.F. (the store manager) is a legend, he saved my day! This place is run like a well oiled machine. Clean, beautiful, and extraordinary customer service. I feel like I'm at home when I see E. F. waiting to give me a hand.

I always feel super bad when i go to this location! The attendants are always in a bad mood. I’m never going to spend my money at this store again.. The only reason i go there is because I’m big other wise I wouldn’t go. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER

Nice store with a wider selection than the store in Rehoboth but would have bought more if the sales person could have told me, in particular, the size range for swim trunks. You’d think that would be something a person working at DXL would know. Oh well.

The sales associates were amazing. They both were helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The female associate was great but had an emergency and had to leave and she introduced us to a male associate that took over and it was like my son had a duo team assisting him. He offered amazing advice to embrace his size and create his own style. My son left loving the experience when he wasn't happy about going in the the beginning. Now he is excited about being a customer. He loved being able to find a lot of clothes and styles in his size.

If you’re a big guy with MONEY this will be your favorite place, otherwise, if you don’t have money, don’t even try to come here since they don’t have good discounts. What I like is that they have 5XL, 6XL sizes but their prices are very expensive. We have to deal being fat then, for that, people take advantage and increase prices on Big and Tall sizes, that’s not fair. They have a friendly associate and that’s why I give 4 stars, if not I will give it 2 stars.

I went in to this location to try and see if I could quickly find a sweater to wear to work because I had spilled coffee on the one I had on. I was greeted when I walked in. But after that I felt like I was bothering the associates as I searched through sweaters looking for my size. With no luck I asked one of them about finding my size. One was sitting down just staring at me blankly while the other responded very smart and annoyed as she folded clothes. As a salesman myself the customer service I received here was TERRIBLE! I felt very unwelcome at a store I love! The associates looked as if they didn’t not want to be there let alone service a customer. I’ve shopped here for years and was very disappointed. I will definitely go online or to another location to shop.
