The store is clean and they’ve got a huge selection, but if you need recommendations for a new shoe or if you want an attentive staff, this is not the place to go. There were times when I was left completely on my own in the front of the store for a while and I had to wait for someone to come back out to ask for a different size. The store is good if you know exactly what you want and don’t need input from the staff or you have no idea what you need and are wanting a starting point. For those of us in the middle, who have an idea of what they need but want suggestions from knowledgeable staff, I’d recommend going to RnJ or Pacers instead.

First time at this store and it was a great experience. Veronica worked with us, helping my husband find a new pair of shoes. She took him through the whole fitting process, brought out several pairs of shoes, and was very patient with us. I asked a lot of questions and she answered all of them, giving us a ton of information about the shoes. My husband found a shoe he liked, but the store did not have the color he wanted. Veronica was honest with us, explained that she couldn't order the shoe through the store, and that we could order it through the store's site or the brand's site. She worked hard to get the right shoe and gave up the sale (and commission, I imagine), to make sure the customer got the shoe he wanted. That's awesome service and we will definitely be back.

Zero Stars! I've never had such an awful experience at a retail store in my life. I was looking for a really nice hands on experience to fit my daughter for running sneakers. Instead I got a very very RUDE saleswoman who should be fired after this. We were told it was a 30 minute wait to get fitted for shoes. There were very few people in the store but apparently they're short staffed. With that understanding we patiently walked around and waited for our turn. The sales woman then rudely asked my 12 year old daughter to move from the bench she was sitting for absolutely no reason. In fact she asked her to move twice and then while I was waiting in line to buy some workout clothes she asked me to move away from the register and asked me to go back and sit on the bench! I considered leaving but really loved a pair of shorts. I then went to purchase them and asked the return policy. I was told if I join a membership then I'm able to return my purchase for 90 days. I was told I have to pay $19.99 or 1.99 if I want to be able to return merchandise. If you don't join the membership I was told returns are not accepted. At that point after the rude service and the no return policy I started to leave. Then I approached a salesman to ask the rude woman's name. He told me were short staffed which is why she was rude. He made an excuse. I will not return!

This place is awesome. They really do a great job of taking the time to meet with you and discuss the best shoe for you. They digitally scan your feet and video record your running gait to see what shoe is best for you and they custom mold inserts for your feet! Best running shoe experience I have ever had.

We had an excellent experience at Road Runner over the weekend. My son needed running shoes for track, and Kevin helped in so many ways. We left with desperately needed custom insoles, well fitting shoes, and non-cotton socks. Very pleased! Kevin and his colleague Philip were both extremely nice and knowledgeable.

If you want the best shoes this is the place to go. They listen to what your looking for and make great recommendations. This is the second time Beryl has helped me find shoes and she is great. Friendly and considerate. Store is always clean and fun to go to. They are typically busy but communicate the best way to make sure you are helped. This is not the place you go just for cheap shoes but for people who need help finding the perfect shoe for their needs.

This place was amazing from the word go. While I was in there quite a while it was worthwhile. I have never had issue by experience like this, and found very interesting how they analyzed your stride and measured your feet making sure you got the best fit possible. Lawanda was amazing and very helpful I really felt like I learned a lot about shoes and how to go about moving forward in the future. Again never had an experience like this but will definitely be returning to the store it was fantastic

I came in, not knowing anything about track and needing shoes for my son. Kevin D came to the rescue. He was able to expertly service our needs while working with another customer. We appreciated his knowledge of HS track and never felt pressured to buy what we did not need. We became VIP members and will be going back!

Andi was very attentive and patient with me. Took her time tried different shoes to fit my needs. She was really knowledgeable about the shoes. My Hokas are very comfortable. She ordered another pair for me on line that was not in store. She took great care of me. I will continue to go there. 5 🌟 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ for sure!!!

Outstanding experience!! Really did not plan on buying anything. However, Brenda was so Awesome that I bought two pairs and insoles for me and my son and socks. I was in the Shoe business for more than 30 years being buyer at Nordstrom and owning my own store for 11 years in Bethesda. I can really appreciate great customer service. Ask for Brenda!!
