I recommend you stay away from this location at all cost. The staff and so called management are dishonest, rude, and lie to you about what they are doing. I had to reopen my checking account and obtain a new debit card, and was told that it would take up to four weeks to issue me a new card. Nearly a month later, I began to wonder if I'd ever receive my card at all, so I called Customer Service and was told that was ridiculous. Normally a card shipped via USPS may take a week to ten day, but not month. I was issued a replacement card that only took three days to arrive. In addition, in order to pay my auto-pay bills, which had been stopped, I was told that the purchase of certified checks would cost $10 each. Ten dollars to access my own money, while they setup a new account, hell no. Customer service recommended speaking to the Branch Manager regarding waving this charge. When I asked to speak with the BM at this location, I was told that the position doesn't exist. in addition she couldn't point me to the person in charge of this staff. Never, have I seen such gross incompetence, rudeness, and disregard for customer care in my life. Capital One Bank IMHO is pathetic. Take you money business elsewhere. ~S

Nothing particularly special about this gas station other than Liberty gas, in general, is a bit less expensive than most other stations. Still not worth going out of your way for, to save a few cents a gallon. ~Jake

This PNC Bank location is inside of the Giant grocery store. The location is convenient if you are on Rockville Pike and there is enough parking for the Giant grocery store. But parking can be hard to find during busy times. The mini branch and ATM is next to the entrance and is easy to spot. The visit was quick and easy! ~Vishal

Giant Food has great prices and lots of sales going on. I shop with a budget and I'm always under budget when I shop there. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially if I can't find something I need. This branch even includes a pharmacy. They are wonderful with their telephone reminders. The only con to the store is that they no longer sell two liter sized Gatorades. Everything else is fine. ~Rory

I HAD TO GET THE POLICE INVOLVED TO GET THE KEYS TO MY OWN CAR because a loudmouth cashier Dicko didn't want to let me pay the inspection fee and give me the keys to my car. All I wanted to do is pay for the reinspection fee and get the keys to my car but the cashier wanted to keep keys until Monday for no reason. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Cashier cursed me and called me derogatory names. ~benyam

Seems if you buy any more than a meal, they have you pull onto the side to wait for them for a while. I usually use the app & they were rude when they couldn't find my order. I understand they might not be able to integrate with the app very well, but could at the very least been a bit more polite. This has been near my house almost since I was born, I am a very regular visitor, & have noticed many changes in employees/management in more recent years. I hope they get it together like they had for so long in the past, when it was 24/7 drive-thru for years (other locations in my county went back to 24/7 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) ~Del
