Yesterday, I ordered fruit and maple oatmeal (As I do everyday); I discovered the apple portion of my fruit were rotten. So, I threw them away. Therefore, today, I brought to the cashier attention want of happened on the previous day and I expecting to receive a better outcome for my fruit replacement. Instead I was told by the cashier "to enjoy what you have today".

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. They don't toast the breakfast English muffin buns, the sandwiches come out cold and don't taste good with a cold English Muffin. The ice is disgusting, tastes like nobody has cleaned the machines or the water lines in many years. They turn off the mobile app an hour before they close. I'll drive to the other location on Frederick Rd. because this place is far below average. PS The ice coffee always tastes very bitter here as well. They badly need some new management here.

The manager Maria deliberately starting sweeping floor while I ate. Dust was flying around. I asked her kindly to stop sweeping around my food she would not. I asked for my money back for my order. She laughed and refused to give me my money back. Horrible place to go eat. Just horrible.

They made me a Big Mac with quarter pounder fresh beef patties. It was glorious.

Would not go back here. ordered at 8:30pm mcd app got there at 8:45pm told me they turned off the mcd app service and I had to order off the menu which the prices were raised after 9pm. The manager is not a nice person. Business needs to lose there mcdonalds franchise license.

Seems if you buy any more than a meal, they have you pull onto the side to wait for them for a while. I usually use the app & they were rude when they couldn't find my order. I understand they might not be able to integrate with the app very well, but could at the very least been a bit more polite. This has been near my house almost since I was born, I am a very regular visitor, & have noticed many changes in employees/management in more recent years. I hope they get it together like they had for so long in the past, when it was 24/7 drive-thru for years (other locations in my county went back to 24/7 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

I have never been more impressed with an employee at any McDonald's ever until I came to his one for a points redemption and it was unbelievable how this young lady was doing the best damn service ever and it showed how much am employee can make the most common everyday purchase of most the world and I never thought I cod actually have a great visit that had me feeling better and in a even greater mood then I was walking in.... I would actually go out of my way to order from this McDonald's rather then the one next to my place or the other being passed on the way.....

Ordered the big breakfast hot platter. Sliced the egg in half and saw disgusting MOLD EVERYWHERE!! Left feedback for the restaurant via the complaint form online and over the phone, still have not heard back. Absolutely mortified and concerned about the quality and safety of food this establishment is serving to the public!

Drive through experience - it is faster than other McDonald's. The people are friendly. This Mcdonald was recently remodeled. It looks great inside and is comfortable to seat and eat.
