They have very low standards when it comes to diamonds. I will never spend another Dollar with that company. Check your Diamonds very closely if you get them with that company.

The women who helped me was very knowledgeable. She recommended some resizing beads, to combat my big knuckles. Something no one has ever mentioned in the 8 years I've been going to Kay at other locations. Good customer service!

I don’t recommend I have had 3 rings to be resized 2are done the 3rd is still not done they have had my ring for almost 2months i have called 3 times about this ring was told it would be in on a Thursday that day came still no ring called them again was told she had to look further into it she called me back and said it will take 10 or less day to come in day 10 I called was told she would call me back I still have not gotten a call back I will be going up there to find out in person what is going on I hope they have not lost it because it was my mother wedding ring something that can never be replaced

Janna was great!! We have been looking at rings for a while. We have been to multiple places and I just wasn’t in love with anything. When we went in to shop I didn’t expect anyone to treat us so kindly since we were just looking. I have not always had the best experience at jewelry stores. She was so great we decided to buy that day!!! She told me about the warranty and the Kay card so I can have 0 interest! We will always recommend this location to our family and friends because of Janna!!!

Had gotten a ring for Christmas 2 years ago and after the opal completely falling out after a cleaning and lost walking out to the car plus it snapping in 2 places, they told me that it couldn't be fixed and that I could either buy one of the same value or more or just take that ring back. I bought one a bit more expensive since they didn't have the best selection in that price range although less than day after receiving the new ring less than 8 hours a stone fell out. I took it back and got it fixed and then received it back a month later. Today I noticed the ring has snapped in the same area that the other one had. When I called, they gave me the same story. I just want my money back, but they said that they could order a new one or by a different one.😑
