How is it when I have a complaint about the new "manager" and call corporate that have THAT MANAGER call me back? Of course he won't agree he has done anything wrong.
I had such a great experience with Rent A Center when I first started using them 7 months ago. However, now it is awful. They even went so far as to change a contract with me, on a USED couch and try to charge me full retail price. They won't "fix" that until my past due items are paid. (Which I tried to pay over the phone to Kenneth and Destiny and they said they could not take the payment) Long story short, RUN from this store until they get someone in who can clean up the messes. And, Brian, if you are the one replying... it is incredibly unprofessional to call the person who made a complaint about you and tell them you are the only one who will be able to talk to me. Surely, you have a boss.
Edit: I received a call from Nick, a regional manager. He took the time to listen, and we came up with a solution to the issue in just a few minutes. Good customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately I have decided not to use the rent a center in Champaign for any future business I am happy a few good employees remain. ~Misty
