3 stars because my dipped cone wasn't the medium I paid for. Its hot out here, let me get what I need yo. I let them employees stare all up in my face and running around with my bank card in their hand making my cones, didn't even question it. I just needed that dipped cone to hit. You failed me DQ. I ain't mad at you though. Just tighten ya boy up next time I slide through, with my kids. 😆

Communication is terrible I ordered a medium pineapple sundae and small heath blizzard and a lid on both because I was driving. I don't know why it's a surprise I want a lid on my items. When I got to the window I was told my blizzard was erased from my order so I told him what I wanted again and asked for a lid on both...he gave me my pineapple sundae no lid..I told him again I need a lid on that because I'm driving..and he puts a lid on it and I'm waiting on my blizzard. I get the blizzard..no lid. I tell the girl I need a lid. She hands me a lid and I don't realize it doesn't fit until I drive off. I live close to Dairiy Queen but I still had ice cream all in my car because the lid did not fit the blizzard.

I have been in this store several times. The last two times, we ordered 2 blizzards. We were disappointed, did not get out the door before they started melting. When we got them at the counter, they were like soft serve. Also there was 2 times in the past 4 days, there were 3 teenage girls working. They were more interested in talking to each other. Appeared to be no supervision. These young ladies need to trained in customer service, because they did not provide it. I do not recommend this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Long wait in the drive thru but worth it. Had the chicken strip basket everything was great.. My only negatives were the gravy could have been a lil thicker and the fries could have been fresher. But exactly what i was looking for. Thanks DQ

Best onion rings I have had from a DQ, staff hustles for certain. 1 girl was just hauling keeping up and showed MUCH care for her job. KUDOS to the caring cooks! Great job and I never have had better AT ANY DQ.

The only place ever that counts out onion rings in a $10+ dollar meal only to give you 5. Not recommended at all. Definitely overpriced

Lack of training. Ordered a dipped cone and it was hanging of the side of the cone, blizzard was made with very little product. When I ordered, the cashier couldn’t understand me, definite language barrier. I watched another employee make a sundae for another customer and the ice cream fell out of the cup onto her bare hand and she simply scooped it back in the cup….not wearing gloves at all. Every bottle of ketchup on the tables is empty. We will stick to the Urbana or Savoy DQ from now on.

I bought a birthday cake for my son with autism. By the time we took our 15 minute drive home, the cake was half melted. I tried to call and talk to the manager, but he refused to do anything about it. He even went so far as to blame us saying we must have had the heat on or done something to melt it. He told me that he was the owner/manager and nothing like it had ever happened before and he was not going to do anything about it! I can't believe this! I did get very upset, but then he hung up on me.

I’ve been there a few times a month over the past few years. I’ve decided to finally stop going. Today I got gravy and it tasted like it was a month old and dang near threw up and all they could offer was a refund of .60 for the gravy. Often times the food taste old and most all the food is just microwaved when you order to be hot. Horrible place and has been for 2 years I’ve been going there.
