I give all the bad reviews,there all sucks we’ve been waiting for 6 hours they said they gonna be here as soon as they can but 6 freaking hours nobody come to fixed our trailer tires that’s just blow up.And the location were we blow the tires is just very close in Champaign what took them so long to rescue our tires and change it.So mad for this Triple A

Terrible company. My car was stuck in the road due to a terrible snowstorm and it was unable to make it up the road due to the ice in which my car’s wheels would just spin and give no traction to get up. I called AAA around 530 in hopes of a tow truck to help pull me out of the street I was stuck in but they informed me they would not come get me if the roads were not plowed. All the roads were plowed. They then informed me after contacting the local tow service that they had service cars available in that area but no drivers wanted to go out that far, my agent on the phone then said he would transfer me to the local dispatch and proceeded to end the phone call. After waiting an hour thinking help was coming from another phone call, I called back again and Dave, my agent this time, said they were not able to help if road conditions were not plowed. After explaining over and over the roads were plowed, I just couldn’t make it up the street with the ice he proceeded to tell me he could not hear me with 4 bars of cell service and I could hear him perfectly okay. If this was a more serious situation, life or death, this company would be absolutely no help. Very disappointed.

I had insurance with AAA for years from offices in several states. After moving to Champaign, the local office refused to insure my vehicle because of an unusual (legitimate) VIN. I had to switch to Progressive (and got better coverage for much less). They also do not have a Notary.
