Coffee is good the ice cream was good just not as I remembered as a kid. Staff were all friendly.

went there for the butter pecan ice cream. they "checked" and said they didnt have any. ordered rocky road instead. then attempted to order a two scoop sundae, but i was only able to say "i would like a two scoop sundae" before the guy cut me off to say "we don't have chocolate". what was he even referring to? i hadnt even asked for chocolate or even anything at all. i found that very rude and also pretty dumb. there were two dudes talking to me through the drive through speaker, they kept going back and forth, just saying we dont have this we dont have that. i got so frustrated by all the chaos they were causing that i decided to skip the sundae and just do the rocky road quart. the quart they have me was so melted that i could squeeze the container with my hands and it would cave in. not anywhere close to ice cream. more like a milkshake. terrible customer service and unintelligent lazy employees.

Very friendly workers who were polite and courteous. They offered good information about the ice creams. Our only complaint was that, probably due to being a cold October in Covid-19 season, a couple of the ice cream selections had gotten old and freezer burnt, with chuncks of ice in them. These should have been replaced with new ones. Not all flavors bad, but unpleasant. Hopefully when business picks up the ice cream would be fine. A little overpriced, but okay overall

I love their ice cream. Unfortunately, they were out of waffle cones and my favorite, Gold Medal Ribbon, was freezer burned.

They didnt speak ANY english making it extremely diffucult to order. Had no flavors or specific items to order off of the menu, and then i had to pull around TWICE because they continued to cut my order off without letting me finish and i had to leave without part of my order because they refused to take my order at the window when they made me pull up and tried to make me RE order. Extremely rude and ridiculous. I will NEVER be coming here AGAIN

We went through the drive thru and ordered a cookie sundae. They were out of cookie, so we switched to brownie. The man asked me a question and we didn't understand him. He proceeded to yell at me though the mic and then told me that we had to come into the lobby because they were not doing drive thru orders at that time...we left.

I'm friends with a lot of people from the Dunkin Donuts good and bad I'm not really digging the Springfield one at all I think my favorite and most professional one is the one on University tied with Prospect can't beat the price very nice people especially in the morning hours

your average dunk'n doughnuts. While trying to enjoy my breakfast the staff was cleaning the eating area of the restaurant. That is fine and dandy however this one employee kept slamming chairs and trash cans creating really loud and startling bangs. It just made me want to leave.
