Best physical fitness program in Silver Spring, Maryland (MD) 2024

I’ve been at 9round since October 2019. I loved that they posted workouts online to keep members moving when gyms had to close. They were great when they re-opened adhering to masking and cleaning protocols for the new normal. Now we are back to a drop-in schedule which I Love!!! Trainers have been great at keeping the community feeling and providing challenging workouts. Location has easy parking and metro access. They’ve played with the hours to make sure to accommodate the members which i appreciate. If you’ve been looking for a challenging workout and a way to release some of that pandemic stress, I highly recommend this gym. ~Latin
