I took my truck to TSW Auto after going to a few mechanics already for a popping noise in my front end suspension. The other mechanics could not diagnose the issue and instead gave me estimates of $2k+ quotes for motor mounts and bushings etc and they didn’t even drive it to hear the sound. I knew from the sound, it was not the issue and eas something with suspension directly. TSW Auto was able to find that I had a bad axle and was able to get the part and fix it in the same day with a very minimal cost to replace. These are the best mechanics in Utah and all other shops should strive to even be/give a portion of the professionalism and honesty TSW Auto provides. I would highly recommend to anyone. I have had them work on 4 of my cars now and every time they get it done within the same day, the price never goes up (this last time they actually charged me less than what they said they were going to), they do quality work, and are super easy to work with. Most of the time they are even cheaper than I can find parts to do it myself, it is well worth the money. One time they messed up on something and I called them and they had it fixed for free the very next day. I have never in my life met more honest and sincere people in the auto repair business than these people. They definitely have earned my complete trust and confidence and I am so blessed to have found them. After moving here from Florida my daughter's brakes on her car were having an issue, and it turns out that she needed a new master cylinder. We were in a bit of a tough spot because my daughter needed her car to get to work and school. The folks at TSW got her car done and ready for her before she had to get to work. Now here is the biggest thing that impressed me... He had quoted me a price which was extremely reasonable for the job. When my daughter got there to pick up the car, the owner said, " Oh it was actually LESS than what I had told your Dad? Tell me...have you ever once in our life had a car repair place tell you the bill was LESS than what you were quoted? This is the best of the best out there. Bring your car here if you want honesty and good quality work. There is none better. Service: Brakes
