Every Belk I go to they are very understaffed. They definitely need to hire more workers to accommodate the customers and to help the workers with their daily workload. I got a good deal on perfume and the lady that helped me was kind and professional. While helping me , she had to stop and help about 3 other people. That’s a lot of strain on one worker. Please do better Belk!

As an employee and a shopper of belk I cannot honestly give a 5 star rating. There are alot of fine people working in the stores for Sycamore Partners ( Belk).Customers seem to want to drop their frustrations and anger on these employees. All of which should be dropped on management's lap as well as corporates lap. Lack of hours per store means lack of employees per store means customers suffer as well. Cleanliness of restrooms are terrible. 2 fitting rooms 1 for ladies , 1 for mens. Both are a disaster due to lack of employees. The store is in constant disarray. Online orders and Bopis orders are the number 1 priorities. All customers with any complaints should speak to management level employees and or complain to corporate (Charlotte N C ).

This store has the absolutely filthiest bathroom I have ever been in. Not only used tp all over the floor, but feces on the toilet seat and NO paper towells or toilet paper. Totally disgusting!

Shame on belk corporate . The store had 3, yes 3 employees working the entire store. Was told by the acting manager that belk wouldn't hire until sales were up. Well if I can't get any assistance at the jewelry counter you won't have any sales , chin nuts.
