Nice store. Has alittle bit of everything for everyone. Has alot of sales. Was able to get school shopping almost done here for 2 kids under a reasonable price. Easy access to dressing rooms, clearance section for those who love a really great deal. Would definitely recommend.

I really like this JC Penny, it doesn't look run down like some of the other stores had looked in the past. There is a great selection in dresses and kid clothes and you can get most items at a good deal on top of that! What's not too like??!!

Nice store. Has alittle bit of everything for everyone. Has alot of sales. Was able to get school shopping almost done here for 2 kids under a reasonable price. Easy access to dressing rooms, clearance section for those who love a really great deal. Would definitely recommend.

It isn't fair to the employees or the customers. STOP MAKING YOUR EMPLOYEES WEAR BLACK. -why do the employees have to wear black. Wearing black doesn't make them stand out and recognized as an employee. Just feels as if I am attending a funeral. I see many customers wearing black. You sell beautiful clothes let your employees wear them.

Found everything I went for, but the customer service was terrible. When you're hiring these young-ins, a supervisor needs to monitor them. The associate moved intentionally like a sloathe and her face told you exactly why... she clearly didn't want to be there. When it was my turn, she continued putting items away. Then, told me my items weren't returnable (with a clear jcp tag in all of them and the receipt giving a clear description)...namaste!!!@@$$$!!!!

Went to have family pictures taken under the impression I could use my Groupon..came out to almost $300 and they made me feel like that was my only option of package ... that or the more expensive one. And convinced me to get a "membership" bc it's cheaper. I wasn't offered any other packages and was too uncomfortable to ask bc I felt cheap at this point bc I said the $400 package was too much. I'm sorry but nowadays who has that much to throw away on pictures? I'm still waiting for the prints but the pictures look like they came out great which is the only reason I sucked it up and paid for it. I wish I had my options in front of me rather then having to ask for cheaper packages. .. they should lay it all out for you to decide not make you feel cheap.

Wow! This JCPenney shopping experience was magnificent. I ordered some sheets and towels online this morning that were ridiculously cheap. They were ready by early afternoon for curbside pick up. The staff person was fantastic and the products look very nice.

Good selection for Big and Tall men. Customer Service 😞 disappointing. If you are advertising Friends and Family sales all over the store, a Customer should not have to be made to scramble for an on-line coupon at the register and then hold up the line. First time Customer - probably last time too. FYI...you have nice Customers who share so we made our 400.00 purchase.

I used to love JC Penny a long time ago because they have great deals and a variety of options. This still remain the same but a lot of the brands are phased out so people don’t identify anymore. But this store is well stocked, has good deals, and is easy to navigate. If you don’t care for brand names and want comfort clothes I will recommend this store.
