Great lovely store! Has a lot of options. Of course things are pricey because of the brands they stock but the store is a great place to get a variety of designer items! I loved the styles and selections available. ~Adati

While the store certainly offers a variety of quality clothing at a fair price, staff members are seemingly absent from the floor. Even when staff are present, they aren’t the most welcoming of people, really taking away from the shopping experience. ~Justin

I used to love JC Penny a long time ago because they have great deals and a variety of options. This still remain the same but a lot of the brands are phased out so people don’t identify anymore. But this store is well stocked, has good deals, and is easy to navigate. If you don’t care for brand names and want comfort clothes I will recommend this store. ~Adati

The cashier was rude and didn’t help me at all! I wanted to try pay my balance with the Afterpay app, but it got declined even though I had more than $2,000 available yo spend. Then I asked the nasty cashier why wouldn’t it go through and she was like “I dont know” like why would you have the option to pay with your Afterpay card if you can’t actually use it? And what? And the cashiers aren’t supposed to help the customers or be nice to them? I mean they’re the ones in the clock not the other way around. ~Ingrid

Place is clean and organized. Wish they had better shoe selections but the place is convenient due to parking. Most of the staffs are friendly. One older white lady didn't give off a friendly aura each time I went. Other than that everything is 👍 ~B

Always a great shopping experience. Went searching for a winter jacket. I Have to be prepared for when the real winter- 20 degrees and lower gets here. I found the perfect jacket however my size wasn't available in store.. so I had to order in store for delivery. A friendly and courteous store Associate helped me with my selection and order for shipment. Also got my son Polo and North Face jackets on sale. ~Stacey-ann
