I bought some shoes to work for summer school and an employee gave me a discount due to my significant other being in law enforcement and his birthday. For some reason the sales rep gave me a 8 and not a 8.5. When I come in today less than a week later to do an simple exchange for the correct size. Jason the manager now tells me he can’t honor that. It’s not my fault your sales rep gave me a coupon he wasn’t suppose to and also gave me the wrong size. Jason was rude and not understand. I have shopped at sketchers for years and cannot believe the service I received today.

Went to return and online order. Hottie rep at the register was super nice, offered suggestions and was very professional and pleasant. Looked up items for us..was extremely accomodating. Great training Sketchers!

Beautiful store. Prices are higher than any other Skechers store we have been to. Kids selection sucked and prices had some over $100 and the same shoes just down the hall in same mall were half price. Also they did not have a way to measure my sons feet. Prolly only go back to feel good about paying half price for same shoe at store down hall or to wach people pay full price for no reason. Lol
