Sadly I have to re-rate my previous 5 ⭐ to 2, and I'm being generous. This used to be my go to, now I have a better chance at Safeway on Foothill. This location is randomly closed, can't pre order.. just awful 😞 This is my local starbucks, I'm in at least once a week. Service always depends on the staff that morning, I have my baristas I ❤, and then there are 2 or 3 I'm like "ugh" when I walk in. I've only had whip cream missing 2x, which is a pretty great track record given my frequency. Overall they get 5 🌟's 😁

They say it is open at 5am 10/9/22 is the 4 time I come at 5.30am and they say it open at 6 am and I have to wait 30 min I will go to other Starbucks I try to be loyal but this is the last time I come here

Not great customer service. I wish they would be considerate and ask your name when your waiting for a mobile order. You have to tell them, they won't ask. I could not see there were some orders ready so I thought mine wasn't ready yet and I was just silently waiting. They never acknowledged I was there, until I moved waiting spots and saw that there were a bunch ready on the other side. My coffee was cold by then.

I like the service and most of the time the staffs are super nice. It’s just sometimes there are a lot of people and the wait time estimate on the app may not be the actual waiting time. Overall I’d like to come back.

Been to tgis location a few times. Good coffee per standards. Speed & friendliness of staff depends on whos working Not that they've ever been rude but some employees are just more happy in the mornings. Hard to judge speed to be truthful as I find this location has fewer employees on shift than most I go to. But there's 2 employees I notice that move about freely & usually harve ear buds in so im sure they're in their own world & thats just life now days.

Honestly I stopped going to SB because quality had gone downhill, but I guess it depends on location. This one didn't fail; cappuccino was tasty along with lemon coconut bar. Nice location too! I would probably return.👍

I really can’t believe this, like all I’m a Starbucks fan I’ve come a few times to this location and my experience has always been great being said that I’ve never imagined it would be terrible 3 workers plus a manager and they have a whole line waiting waited 15 minutes to order when only one person in front and 12 more to get my drink which was absolutely disgusting or water diluted the young lady with red hair making the drinks looked like almost had no idea what she was doing picked one thing up lifted it to the light and back down she pored everything in I get when people are new but this was absolutely ridicules…

I love this kiwi starfruit refresher so since we were in the area I decided to stop and get one. Store is clean, but bathrooms still aren't open! The line was long but moved quickly. 4 people behind counter and shift change so it took a while to get my drink. The barista made my drink perfect!

This is the best Starbucks I have been to in the Bay Area and I have been to most of them. The staff is friendly, they make an effort to get to know your name and drink.. they are also quick and able to get the lines out the door quickly.
