I had a very good experience at this store, they was closing and they still took my order and wait for me a couple extra minutes to pick up my order, lately in my area this is so uncommon, restaurants didn't want to take orders like 20 or 30 minutes before closing time,this is something that I really appreciate it, keep doing the difference.

My husband waited for ~20mins at the restaurant for food that was sitting ready in front of him. They said it wasn't our order. Turns out it was? Don't complain, because you'll get a, "I'd appreciate it if you could stop interrupting my work hours." To do your JOB? Ok.

I wanted stuff crust pizza and they were out and my next choice was meat lovers and they said the same thing. Twice now I’ve stopped at Pizza Hut on Wallace rd and wasted my time.

Most Pizza Huts are the same. Classic pizza and great delivery. But this one is by far the best customer service in the region! Employees like Sharice, Mackenzie, and James are exactly the type of people you would want in your community. Can’t be anymore appreciative of their approach for customer service and quality food. Look forward to heading back soon!

James has great customer service, anticipated our needs before I thought of them from dinnerware to our ranch dips!!! My daughter ordered online, I picked it up and received great customer service!! Wings and cheese bread were good, along with the hand tossed pepperoni! Thank you!

Food was suppose to arrive at 5:01, at 5:05 I get a message from door dash that pizza is going to be delivered by then at 5:30. When I called the store they cried about only having one driver and we’re going to have my pizza sitting in the warmer for 30-45 minutes then Have it delivered to me. Hire some fricken people, do your jobs, and stop making excuses.

Took an hour and 10 minutes to get a single pizza on a Tuesday. Won't be ordering again. Pizza was also pretty bland.

Ordered online and did not receive order. The general manager proceeded to explain how I should order my pizza then said not to order from them anymore and I will definitely not. Still have not received my refund.

Wife ordered pizza , today. For first , time ! First off , order taker , needs to stop the ( DARLIN ) ! Stuff ! Second , ordered $ 10. 3 topping , , ask for olive , olive and olive just got some olive! Third , I think they forgot the sauce ! I ve had better , from Dominos ! And that's not saying much , at all !! Not good !!!!!
