Please do not order your pizza from this store it’s really bad. The pizza is cold when you get it it takes over 2 hours to be delivered. Every time I’ve ordered from here they forget something. This is not the way a business should be run safe to say will be not ordering from here again. And they will try and refund you, how about I get everything in my order the first time.

The manager was so unprofessional refused to give me a refund or a replacement because I used the 5.99 coupon he tried to give me more lava cakes that look the same. Raised his voice at me and kicked me out because he said this isn’t mold he said that’s what the sugar is supposed to look like. I’ve never had a problem with this dominos until today

Very poor customer service. A few days ago, I tried making a "Future Order" for my son's birthday party of 10 pizzas + extras. The website said that this location doesn't allow Future Orders. So I call them to try and set it up so if I ordered first thing today, they would know to have it ready by 2pm (instead of me guessing when they would have it ready and order x hours beforehand). The phone line is an infinite loop of advertising. No one picks up. At this point I saw the lower star reviews, but was just hoping for a good experience. Google says they're open at 10:30am. I drive over to ask about the order and throw them a fat pre-emptive tip. I try to open the door, but it's locked. 3 employees inside working. 10:51am. I notice a piece of paper taped up that says they open at 11am. I knocked and said "I need to ask you question about a big order later today." 2 employees walked to the back. The last employee is building pizza boxes. He doesn't look up, just stops, puts up one pointer finger on each hand to make 1 & 1, or 11. Then he walks to the back without looking. His body language was definitely meant to be condescending and patronizing. When I was in school, I worked at 2 different pizza joints and this place is making it very hard to make an order. I suggested an update to say 11:00.

This place makes amazing pizza . Best dominos around. I came in april 25th , Aron was super helpful. He went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend wilsonville dominos for your pizza craving needs.

A few days ago, my husband tried calling Domino’s and no one picked up the phone after calling for hours. I drove to the Wilsonville location at 8pm and the lights were on but the doors were locked. The one employee that was there refused to come to the door. A few days later my husband tried calling again. The phone just kept looping the message. Once again I drove to the store. This time they were open but it was only 7pm. When I got our pizza home it was burnt. Our thin crust pizza was horrible.

Don't waste your money. This is the 3rd time I've gotten food that looks and tastes like it's been stepped on. Dried up and flat bread that my 3 year old could've cooked better. I even went in to pick this up ...what a waste of $ and time. Not much effort put in at this location.

I ordered a gluten free pizza and it was burned. I called to comment and they said it was my fault since I didn't give any special instructions. I've ordered this pizza many times and it NEVER was burned before.

Exactly what you would expect out of Domino's. I called in my order and they hung up before asking my name. So of course when I got there they did have my pizza ready, but had to look for it because there was no name attached. The pizza was actually pretty decent. The sauce is not the greatest, but the crust was good, the cheese was really good, and the pepperoni was decent.

The most thinnest pizza I ever seen. I've had this crust before but this is literally pathetic! Also there are barely any toppings, I couldn't imagine having to pay 20 bucks for this waste. Never buying anything from this place again.
