Horrible customer service. Evertime I go in there for wven the slightest issue its always "you have to call this number". Then when i call the number it doesn't work for my issue. The big guy with the long red beard was very rude and dismissive of me and interrupted me every chance he got and would not listen to what I needed done. I will never use tmobile again.

Kyle was very helpful and friendly. That was the quickest “getting a new phone” experience I have ever had. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with everything I needed. He was helpful with explaining what the process would look like for setting up my new phone at home. This is my new favorite T-Mobile location!

Confusing experience. It kept switching between the salesperson and the Manager, who seemed more interested in taking personal calls. Salesperson also quoted me a much lower monthly fee than what I'm currently being charged.

This is a review for this location only. The first day I went in there was 2 people working 1 of which was the manager and I thought they were being super helpful at first, but they messed up my account and had 3 different lines going when all I requested was to order home internet and put some data on my hotspot. The manager told me 3 weeks on the home internet but that the hotspot would get me through until then. A week past the hotspot ran out so I tried adding more data and couldn’t. So I tried multiple times to contact that manager to find out what I needed to do. I finally got a hold of him 2 weeks later at the point of 3 weeks and he said he would find out and call me back. He never did. Then at 4 weeks I tried contacting him and he never returned my call. Finally yesterday I got ahold of customer service and by fixed everything. My point is I understand that sometimes things take a little longer to arrive, but the way this “manager” handles things he doesn’t know is very poor and doesn’t even return calls.

Great experience. Associates were knowledgeable, friendly and courtious. The change over from my old provider was quick. Most important all the costs of my service were shown to me. Looking forward to a long and awesome business relation ship.

They were not able to completely solve my problem because I would need to contact customer service, but they were friendly and helpful. I also got a replacement stylus since I lost mine, and an sim card upgrade I was unaware of when I was there. Thanks!
