Do not go to this branch! The lady is really nice but the guy that works there is rude and disrespectful. No customer service skills and looks down on people needing a payday loan. Hung up on me on the phone and seems like he really hates his job. Would never go back to this location again.

Update: Interesting 🧐 how it wont let me post another review and sounds like the disrespectful guy is still there lol 😂 also weirdly how it says the “President” will email me I had someone I was speaking too reach out then stop hmmm 🤔 I feel sorry for that elderly black women he humiliated really hope they give him proper training. I usually get good customer service 😕 but today omg 🤦🏽♀️..….In the guy’s defense he was the only one working 😮💨 but you still have to respect people, especially elders and he could have told me over the phone to bring a paper pay stub and save me the drive and hassle because I asked for the email, like I have done before. Anyways he did say his boss was gone but yeeaaah probably wouldn’t leave him alone again lol 😂 ended up going to the other location where the lady was by herself too but both polite and PATIENT 👏 turned out I had a 88 cent balance 🤨 even though I called them after I paid it off online and gave them the reference # she even thought that was strange…..so she had to deny me, then have me do the application over, but didn’t mind, did it with a smile 🙂

The lovely lady that helped me with a payday loan was very friendly and patient. My debit card would not work in there machine due to it being bent and she helped me until it worked. I had a very positive experience with this place

Tigard Ace Cash Express has to be my favorite, it’s a little farther from my home then the cCedar Hills store, but I like going in there. Always have very nice people there. The last couple of times I went in I was helped by Krista. She is professional and personable with great conversation. She friendly and always smiling.
