Last time i was there with my family, we literally waited to be checked out for 20 minutes due to the cashier not being able to void a double scanned item that was done on accident...i could tell the cashier was newer..but you shouldnt leave new employees on the floor by themselves without knowing how to void items. This is one thing all employees should be able to do.

There aren't any shopping carts available, only hand baskets. You'd think the owners would realize that if they had shopping carts people would buy more and stay longer. Parents of small children need shopping carts to put their kids and items in. Also, the home goods items are overpriced.

One of the most unkept Goodwill's I have ever been in. Normally their bins (that item's are just thrown in, but at least separated) had anything from baby clothes to be adult clothes. Employees were very unfriendly, to the point of almost being rude when I asked to use the restroom. I most probably won't be going back to the one in Goldsboro near Sam's.

Clothes are out of order. Its hard to find something your size. Prices are higher then expected for a thrift store for me.

They never have any shopping carts available. This am she told me they only have 2 for customer's.

Staff can be very rude when they have to help customers, I witnessed a cashier be completely rude to a lady in uniform because she couldn't get 1 dress and had to put it back. The customer was very pleasant even though the cashier was being rude. There are many times I visit and they act as if they hate their jobs and it's the customers fault. Usually the cashiers are not around and you have to wait for someone to actually come out of hiding from wherever they've been . It's rare that I find anything worth buying, shelves are scarce . I wished the prices weren't so high.

Fairly clean and organized. Better prices then other thrift stores. Good selection.

Cleanest, most organized, best quality product of any Goodwill I've ever been to! The staff was really nice and everything was so neat it took no time at all to find what I needed. It's mostly clothes but there is some furniture and housewares as well. The furniture was in really good condition too!

This is your typical Goodwill thrift store. You never know what you're going to find here. The clothes in the bins are a little mixed up and there are no signs to tell you what is in them either. The staff is friendly for the most part. Sometimes you can find good stuff. Give yourself plenty of time to look around when you go. Maybe you'll get lucky.

A great place to get good things cheap. You won't always find something you need or want, but it's always worth it to take a look.
