Horrible experience….. sign on door said 11:30 am open in lobby, pulled to open door and it’s locked tried other door called number to the restaurant, the person who picked up the phone I had said your sign said 11:39 and it’s 12:20 your door is still locked, his reply was ….AND SO WE DONT CARE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. Thanks for the amazing customer service.

Good lunch (chicken BLT, kids cheeseburger, and kids hamburger). Loved that they had more than one fruit option for the kids meals (strawberries and apples). Short staffed but the food quality was still good, the bathrooms were clean, and so was the dining area. Really friendly staff that, although it was busy and there were only a few of them, were still helpful and on top of things.

We stop at this location on most of our trips to our from Portland. Today we had a bad experience. We are a family with special needs children and have an oversized vehicle. We are to tall for mist drive through. So we have no issues unloading and going into a lobby. They have changed their hours and don't open the lobby until 11 am. No big deal we can wait. At 11:15 they still have not opened the lobby. My partner knocked on the door. After 10 minutes a young lady came to the door and said they would be opening the lobby late because of staffing. We asked if we could just place an order and we were told not until the lobby opens. We'll my partner walked around to the drive thru window and asked if we could place our order there. The manager allowed it.

Food and service is always good here and the new strawberry frosty was amazing! Definitely eating here again!

Brought my wife and I back to a simpler life and time. Dipping your fries in a cold frosty slows down the world around you and takes you back to being a kid.

Unprofessional staff, blamed the lack of employees for the long wait but I saw at least 4, and they hung up on me when I inquired about how to pick up delivery order. And they were rude to support staff who called to confirm the order was there. Didn't say one word to me to confirm what order just handed me a bag and turns out, it was the wrong order. But I wasn't going to wait again I informed the guest I was sorry and had them refunded. I get being short staffed but generally an attitude can make or break a shift and the overall morale during a stressful time can mean it goes well or it goes horribly. I can't imagine the lady that we dealt with being chipper and kind and only rude to me and the support staff that had only called to insure they had received the order to save my time and theirs.

Traveling north in I-5 toward Portland, and needed a bite to eat. I hadn't been to Wendy's in a while so I stopped, and got my favorite Dave's double with fries, and a frosty (of course). I decided to eat it in the car. By the time I got home I had fragments of food all over me, but it was so worth it. 😋 muy bueno

This Wendy’s is the GOAT. Every time I come here the employees are very friendly, and the food is ALWAYS fresh. And most importantly of all, they never forget the sauce. Legit not once. Love the upgrade so I gave them two stars. If i could give the staff negative stars i absolutely would. When we walked up to the counter someone dressed in managerial clothing (pictured) completely ignored us to continue her conversation with a man on our side of the counter. She told him she wasnt mad.. Clearly some sort of personal chat was going on. Then a couple minutes later she finally acknowledged us. She looked around behind her... And said 'i guess I'm taking your order'. She then began to hurriedly do just that. Another girl showed uo and called to her that she needed to come finish our orders because she had stuff to do. That girl rolled her eyes and came and took the two orders. They forgot one of our drink cups. When my sister went to the counter and asked for it she was met with attitude and it was implied that it was just water anyway.. Which shouldn't matter.. But it wasn't.
