Worst drive through service, consistently, that I have ever experienced. 20-minute waits are not uncommon. Fries are often cold if you have to wait for the burger. New employees almost every time I go. This place must be badly managed. Go somewhere else if you can.

I went there and got into a wonderful conversation with the drive through. And forgot to pick up my 3 sausage egg McMuffin. A couple of days later I went back. They would not refund or give me what I paid for.. I am a priest, so I decided not to EVER return to this store..

It is 7 pm and only drive through is available. We are 10 cars in line with no one moving and a pretty surly person at the ordering stand. Go to Wendy's where they at least offer salads and the service is very quick.

I specifically asked the gal in drive-thru if the strawberry cream pies were fresh & I told her I wouldn't mind waiting for them to make new ones if I needed to but she told me they were only a few min old so I was like, "ok that should be fine." But the pies I received were clearly HOURS old and looked more like strawberry cream pie jerkey, if there was such a thing. They were hard and all shriveled up, I have no idea if someone just told her that and she just passed the info along without seeing for herself but I was not impressed at the customer service I received at this location, which was the 92nd & Powell location just to be clear.

Can't eat here. Employees making food don't wear masks, so you have to risk potentially putting food that can get the coronavirus on it - if the employees have it - into your mouth. No thank you.

The drive thru at this location is extremely fast. Even if it looks like a large line you will get your food in no time at all. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great for a quick cheap lunch during the week.

you know I just wanted to get a little something to eat no biggie didn't eat breakfast this morning and Mcdonalds was right there. I'm genuinely applaud at what they call a (crispy chicken sandwich) LOOK AT IT FOLKS... CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT'S MISSING ON THIS SANDWICH? only thing half way decent was the chicken itself, how can you even call that a sandwich in the first place? I don't enjoy eating fast food only when I have no other options. And as I stated in a previous review being without a home per day I don't recommend a steady intake of fast foods. that being said as well I don't recommend the chicken sandwich as you can very well see it's not appealing.

Always mess up my order. Even if I have one item. Everyone is so slow & no one communicates. I had to wait 20 minutes for 10pc nugget and a slushee. Really? Manager didn’t even bother to communicate to her staff that she had not given me my drink before parking me. So after I get my nuggets I have to wait even longer for this? Charge me for a medium if you aren’t going to give me a large like I paid for. For a location that is right across the street from upper management (hi Dave) they sure don’t act like it.
