We went into Mattress Firm on Monday and had our bed delivered on Tuesday! Great service and easy process. Mattress Firm got our delivery scheduled right away. I received confirmation of the order. And the Mattress arrived earlier than anticipated the following day. Our sales rep was very informed. He didn't try to oversell us and let us know about deals. We had tried to buy a bed from Macy's in November were told it would take 6 weeks. At 6 weeks no word. We called multiple times go finally find out our mattress may be in the middle of Ocean or somewhere. We canceled that order. Mattress Firm is the way to go!

We had Daniel as our rep. I really appreciated his approach. He was informative (but not pushy) he did show us ways we could upgrade, but didn’t try to upsell it. I appreciate the honesty and well versed knowledge. He was also just really friendly and was open to any questions we had but also gave us space to discuss our needs or feelings about each mattress. I’d recommend going to see them!

Mr Terrence was super helpful. I usually not giving reviews but I left store very happy. He is a hardworking guy and extreme talented musician. I am telling you. If you need a bed do not wait or search deals go get from Terrance Hubert. He will give you what you need. i would give 10 star if it was possible.

Darren was amazing and super helpful. He walked us through all the different types of mattresses and stayed within our budget. He was very patient and answered all our questions. We were able to pick a mattress and select an option for delivery the next day. This location had plenty of mattresses to try out and a small block table for kids.
