Walked in today at 11:00AM, exactly when they open for the day. Their sign (and even their slogan) says “Family Haircare Without Appointments”. There are two ladies sitting there (no customers) and they tell me I have to make an appointment for my son to get a haircut (which would take about ten minutes). Next appointment not available until 2:00PM. I mention their huge sign and slogan saying “without appointments” and she tells me they are too busy. Zero stars. Clearly they’re paid hourly and have forgotten how to make tips by taking decent care of customers. Not to mention THE SLOGAN! What a joke! Go to SportClips. Better service and ambiance. Also can reserve online with their app OR you can walk in without an appointment.

Clean. Friendly. Very short wait after the scheduled appointment time. Website has horrible user interface. No options to find first available slot for a given stylist. Time slots don't refresh if you change dates. You have to start over each time. Prices have gone up considerably. Stylists get to know their clients which is nice.

Went today for a haircut & met the new stylist Lacey. She is wonderful, excellent, friendly! Manager Angelica always awesome also. Stellar staff at this point and I'm very happy. I'll go there every time now, highlights in September & continue with monthly haircuts. It's pretty much always walk-in but very short wait if any. 5 stars! 🤩

I had my hair cut by Katie. I'm always nervous about getting my haircut and relayed my fear to her. She cut approximately seven inches off my hair and it looks amazing! My hair is thick and wavy and it has to be cut a certain way. She was very confident and was very kind. I will definitely be going back to see her next time. Thank you Katie!! Such amazing service. I stopped in at 1:30 on 6/13(Sunday) to try to get my hair cut. There were 2 stylists sitting in the chairs looking at their phones (no customers). One gets up and I start to tell her I need a haircut, and she says we have appointments soon and are all booked for the rest of the day... I turned around and walked out. The sign on the door says family haircare without appointments lol. Strange and disappointing.

Supposed to do natural red with highlights turned orange and pink wont refund the money.. Run Away dont get your your hair done here unless you want to look like an astro pop

I really value the length of my hair but occasionally I need to go in for a trim. I came in and asked for shorter bangs and about an inch off the back, and I left with the squarest bangs in the world and like 2-3 inches gone. horrific. And this was after specifically telling the stylist I liked my hair long. I guess she thought she got to decide what was "long" for someone she thought was a boy.

Updated review: It really depends on who is cutting your hair, that's the issue. There is such a wise disparity of skill sets that you never know what you will get. I get it. Discount salons are suffering as of late. They have to take who ever to be able to fill the seats (apparently, I have no other explanation for what happened to my hair). The only other haircut I've had worse than this was when I was five and cut my own hair. I had to wait over an hour to get into a chair. I waited because the woman before me got an amazing looking haircut. When I sat down I pointed at the reference photo on the wall in the store. "Let's do that but a little shorter on the sides." This is the same way I ask for a cut, every time. I thought men's cuts were easier than women's... What transpired was 40 minutes of millimeter, uneven snips, all around my head. The stylist was very rough with the comb, scraping the top of my head over and over. What resulted was a head of wandering, wavering trims that frankly look like s***. This haircut I wanted, in the past, took 10 minutes. It's a clipper cut, not a scissor cut. Two things went wrong here: The stylist didn't ask for clarification, and I didn't speak up. Good thing hair grows. Remember, you can always question the stylist if you don't think they are doing a good job.

Hailey did an amazing job! She asked how i wanted my hair cut. I wasnt sure how to best describe the kind of hair cut i wanted but she undestood. I have curly hair so if she needed to make any adjustments she asked me first before chopping away. I was very happy with the results! Super nice and super welcoming! I would recommend her to every one!

These gals are great! I've gone to them for a couple years now. They are friendly, work with what YOU want and are extremely helpful and competent! Beatrice is great! The other ladies I've had have been great as well. I went to them for my first time EVER dying my hair, they rocked my world! Just recently I went to get an ombre look and BAM! Nailed it! Love them and would ALWAYS recommend them!
