Customer service at the Tualatin, Oregon branch is nonexistent for some. I walk into that branch and I’m treated very well. My mom, however, gets treated as though she is something to be scraped off the bottom of one’s shoe. I’ve witnessed it firsthand, I’ve taken videos of the disrespect these same employees show my mom for no reason whatsoever – that was absent when they dealt with me. This is exclusive, a feature even, of the Tualatin branch of US Bank.I take my mom to other US Bank locations and have none of these problems. It seems the branch here in Tualatin stands apart. I’m sure my review will not be read, however, it doesn’t alter the fact that no one needs take my word for it. I don’t have to prove a single thing because I have a great many examples of the behavior to which I refer. At this point, I’m telling you, I’m going to give it this weekend and if I don’t get a satisfactory response, I’ll just upload everything I recorded to every social media platform I’m part of. It’ll be very interesting to see how people react to a 75 year-old woman being openly ridiculed, disrespected, and the obvious target of age related discrimination. I mean, how do people like these even operate in this world, where everything they do will likely be caught on camera, video/audio, who knows? These people truly don’t care because they figure if they get fired, well then, they can walk across the street and get a job at any of the 50 Starbucks in a single block’s radius, for $15/hr with a $5k sign on bonus. Tell me, what’s the incentive to become a productive member of society, a respectful and helpful member of society, when there are myriad reasons to act however you want? How does that translate to being good, respectful, helpful individuals in the workplace? I’ll tell you. It does not. Again, I’ll give it the weekend and if I’ve not heard anything from this, I’m just going to post every occasion where your employees went out of their way to be disrespectful, dismissive, and even cruel. Yeah, let’s see how that plays.

An employee, Rachel, took it upon herself to verbally assault my mother, an 80 year old cleaning employee at the Nyberg Rivers strip mall today. While my mother was cleaning the parking lot, this employee determined she was a thief and screamed at her in the parking lot to “stay out of peoples cars.” I am not sure what this banks professional protocol is but not many operating procedures train to verbally assault older women in parking lots. Calling to discuss this issue , Rachel intimated to me that perhaps my mother, who was working at the time of the verbal assault, may have been drinking from the bag of wine she had just cleaned up. I asked to speak with her Supervisor but he was “out of the office today.” Rachel further insisted that my 80 year old mother was acting suspicious at 8 o’clock in the morning, cleaning up the parking lot… so she had to reprimand her because “that’s what she would want.” I have read several reviews here and it seems this branch needs a little training-maybe on profiling, blatant discrimination and customer service. So watch out everyone for the little old lady pushing a rolling garbage can tidying up the area- she is incredibly suspicious and threatening. Good Job US Bank, maybe Rachel should be in charge of Diversity and Inclusion.

Teller (woman, very short blonde hair, early 70s) asked if I wanted my withdrawal hand counted, I said sure, and her attitude changed to irritation. I’ve never withdrawn cash in person, how am i suppose to know that’s a hassle? And why did she ask me in the first place if she was going to get pis*y with me? I understand i look young but she saw my age on my ID. I don’t appreciate getting talked down to.

I've been going to this branch for the last year to submit daily cash deposits for my company/job. I've become a sort of "regular" which is kind of cool to experience. A lot of the staff know me by name and they're asking me about my business and how things are going, etc. I admit that I'm use to delivering that type of experience and service to my own regulars/customers but I don't experience it often being on the receiving end. It's great. Jesse, Lucia (sp?), Patrice (sp?), and Cathy (sp?) are just a few of the awesome individuals at this location that have provided me amazing customer service (service with a smile) over the last year. :D With that said, sometimes I visit the US Bank location off of Scholls Ferry, but it just doesn't compare to this one. I can see and feel the vibrancy of the smiles and friendliness here and that's with everyone wearing a mask. That's no easy feat if I am being honest! :)

My husband and I had an appointment to sign paperwork with a banker. While with the bank a customer ( a man) started yelling at the teller ( a female) and cussing at her because she couldn’t empty his account at that moment. There were 2 bankers (each helping customers) 2 men employees in an office in back talking and not one employee stepped up to help this poor teller getting yelled at for doing her job. The line of customers is at the door all watching this. Once customer ( a man) finally says something to the irate man And they get into an argument almost turning into a fight and a lady comes out from a closed door office and asks if anyone has called the police and nothing else??? My husband then stands asks the the customer in line who stood up for the teller getting yelled at to come outside with him and explained that him interjecting isn’t helping the situation and suggests he go through the drive through again all while the men employees In the back office and the personal bankers just watch what is happening. Most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed. We couldn’t get out of their soon enough!!!!

I go to US Bank everyday - we deposit money from our store everyday at least 3,000 per day. We used to call and request change because our business uses large quantities of change but due to viruses we now go through drive thru and we now only request smaller amounts because we do understand that you guys are having a issue with change. So today I told her and what I wanted and she was not nice at all - shut off micro phone held up my box and and acting like I really ruining her day - gave to the young guy also working and walked off. I asked him what am I doing wrong he just shrugged his shoulders and got my order! If you don't want us coming to drive thru - then say that when we come . Tell us how you want us to handle our requests and we will comply . What are we doing that she does not like!

Made an appointment hours in advance and was told I had to wait outside until receiving a text due to covid19. After standing outside for 15 mins past the scheduled time with no text, I went in and was told they were helping a walk-in customer instead because I was outside. Another banker offered to help me and the manager wouldnt allow it because a customer with an appointment was coming in 10 mins and might have to wait. The manager said I could go back outside for another 20-30 mins and they'd give me a call when they had time to help me. Thought it was a joke at first but he was completely serious. Absolute worst service and manager I have ever come across.

This location needs a MANAGER SO BAD! Every time I go in here the wait is super long and they are short staffed. On top of that the employees are ALWAYS new and training! Why can’t you keep people? Today was the icing on the cake- went through the drive through, told the blonde lady I would like my check deposited 3 times. She still handed it to me in all cash. I just stared at her ... seriously? Drug test?

The manager I spoke with here was very rude and dismissive, despite the fact that I was upfront with the fact that I could've been in the wrong, and was just trying to clarify an issue. They gave totally conflicting information compared to the 24 hr support line, and when I tried to discuss how I should approach the issue with the supervisor of the 24 hr line supervisor I had scheduled a call back from, they would only condescendingly repeat "alright, man." It was a super unproductive and unprofessional experience, and I will be banking elsewhere in the future.
