U-Haul Storage of Lake Oswego

Our UBox storage pods were stored here when we were in the process of relocating from out of state. We unloaded the pods the day they got delivered after being in storage for 2 weeks only to discover they had mice. Tried emailing this location and calling corporate and got NO help. It's so gross - there are mice in my new house now and they did nothing to correct the situation. Don't go here unless you want mice. ~Emily

Perfect Look Hair Salon

Walked in today at 11:00AM, exactly when they open for the day. Their sign (and even their slogan) says “Family Haircare Without Appointments”. There are two ladies sitting there (no customers) and they tell me I have to make an appointment for my son to get a haircut (which would take about ten minutes). Next appointment not available until 2:00PM. I mention their huge sign and slogan saying “without appointments” and she tells me they are too busy. Zero stars. Clearly they’re paid hourly and have forgotten how to make tips by taking decent care of customers. Not to mention THE SLOGAN! What a joke! Go to SportClips. Better service and ambiance. Also can reserve online with their app OR you can walk in without an appointment. ~Alex

U.S. Bank Branch

Customer service at the Tualatin, Oregon branch is nonexistent for some. I walk into that branch and I’m treated very well. My mom, however, gets treated as though she is something to be scraped off the bottom of one’s shoe. I’ve witnessed it firsthand, I’ve taken videos of the disrespect these same employees show my mom for no reason whatsoever – that was absent when they dealt with me. This is exclusive, a feature even, of the Tualatin branch of US Bank.I take my mom to other US Bank locations and have none of these problems. It seems the branch here in Tualatin stands apart. I’m sure my review will not be read, however, it doesn’t alter the fact that no one needs take my word for it. I don’t have to prove a single thing because I have a great many examples of the behavior to which I refer. At this point, I’m telling you, I’m going to give it this weekend and if I don’t get a satisfactory response, I’ll just upload everything I recorded to every social media platform I’m part of. It’ll be very interesting to see how people react to a 75 year-old woman being openly ridiculed, disrespected, and the obvious target of age related discrimination. I mean, how do people like these even operate in this world, where everything they do will likely be caught on camera, video/audio, who knows? These people truly don’t care because they figure if they get fired, well then, they can walk across the street and get a job at any of the 50 Starbucks in a single block’s radius, for $15/hr with a $5k sign on bonus. Tell me, what’s the incentive to become a productive member of society, a respectful and helpful member of society, when there are myriad reasons to act however you want? How does that translate to being good, respectful, helpful individuals in the workplace? I’ll tell you. It does not. Again, I’ll give it the weekend and if I’ve not heard anything from this, I’m just going to post every occasion where your employees went out of their way to be disrespectful, dismissive, and even cruel. Yeah, let’s see how that plays. ~Steven

Chase Bank

So I don't have an account with Chase so I understand a fee. $10 is a lot but I'll pay it. Unfortunately having a driver's license and my brand new registration that just got mailed to me wasn't enough to cash a check. Not like I'm trying to pull a fast one for a few hundred bucks when I'm in a BMW 5 series. This is why I will never have my business or personal account with Chase. ~Justin

Top Solar Nails

I moved to Oregon about a year ago and needed a new nail salon, saw this place was just down the road from my apartment, and gave them a try. I’m so glad I did! They’re incredibly amazing and wonderful!! My nails always turn out beautiful and exactly how I want them. Chicken is always kind, funny, accommodating, and friendly- and the reason why I keep coming back! He’s always cracking jokes and making sure I’m taken care of. Every one of their technicians are so skilled and make this place special. Until today, I’ve only gotten my nails done and after getting a fill with the cutest pink cow print design, decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I got the luxurious CBD pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten and I used to work in a luxury salon!! I got leg and foot massages for over an hour with a wax treatment, exfoliating scrub, and even hot stones! I was absolutely pampered and felt so, so relaxed. I cannot recommend this salon enough. Truly my favorite nail salon! Services: Nail art, Gel manicures, Pedicures, Foot massages, Manicures, Acrylic nails ~Ella

This place is amazing! The selection of teak furniture is the best around. The lady that helped me was so knowledgeable and had great design ideas, that helped me with my space. On top of that the gentleman who delivered my furniture was incredible! Can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks Bali! ~Maggie
