Best hair salon in Tualatin, Oregon (OR) 2024

My hair is simple and easy to cut. The challenge is an autistic boy who is ticklish; which the staff worked with and were able to keep him calm enough for a decent haircut! ~Jason

Walked in today at 11:00AM, exactly when they open for the day. Their sign (and even their slogan) says “Family Haircare Without Appointments”. There are two ladies sitting there (no customers) and they tell me I have to make an appointment for my son to get a haircut (which would take about ten minutes). Next appointment not available until 2:00PM. I mention their huge sign and slogan saying “without appointments” and she tells me they are too busy. Zero stars. Clearly they’re paid hourly and have forgotten how to make tips by taking decent care of customers. Not to mention THE SLOGAN! What a joke! Go to SportClips. Better service and ambiance. Also can reserve online with their app OR you can walk in without an appointment. ~Alex
