I-am a senior male customer since great clips opened and have had great experiences! Since about July 2021 my stylist Tam has left the business for reasons not known ? When I ask where she left to know one would say! I have always had my hair cut with scissors ! Other stylist have done the same. My usual hair cut would last 10 to 15 minutes. My last couple of hair cuts last about two minutes and the last one the price went up to twenty dollars ! My hair was cut very uneven my wife said !! So I will not return to Tualatin Great Clips!

My last couple of hair cuts last about two minutes and the last one the price went up to twenty dollars ! My hair was cut very uneven my wife said !! So I will not return to Tualatin Great Clips!

Been here a few times. Only one of the employees of the five I’ve seen there is friendly!! Unless your a regular client of the barber, your good, if not, then your just another person coming in for a haircut and they make you feel like your irritating them when you walk in the door because they have to stop what they’re doing to sign you in! My advice to the owners of Great Clips... my haircut was fine but I did t need to hear from your stylist about the Governor of Oregon needs to change her ways, he died for our sins and coronavirus numbers and deaths are overblown.

I went in for a trim. I have long curly with layers hair so it was odd when the stylist did not wet my hair before starting. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes, which is a short amount of time for the job. Because my hair is so curly, I couldn't see the quality of the trim until I went home to shower and found maybe half of my head has been trimmed. I won't be returning to this location.

First time was great. Second time did everything I did the first time, checked in online, waited a little while, went to the store, and boy was I disappointed. When I checked in online it said a 33 minute wait. I waited twenty five minutes, left my house and drove the five minutes to the store. When I got there the woman told me out was still going to be 45 minutes. 45 MINUTES! It should have been at most five, maybe 10. That puts the total wait time at over 70 minutes for a haircut that the online check in said would be 33. I'm super disappointed in this location now. My original review was 4 stars, but that was for people that I didn't see there tonight. And all the woman who checked me in did was shrug and say there were two people ahead of me. Where did they come from? Were they added ahead of me by staff at the store? Why even bother with online check-in!
