I reserved 3 Uboxes here for a ~2000 mile move. Brian and Bryan were extremely punctual and helpful loading and unloading Uboxes from the trailer hitch I rented. They even explained how to best distribute weight in the Uboxes so moving the full Uboxes around the warehouse went as smoothly as possible. Brian and Bryan were very sympathetic to my doing a lot of loading in one day and helped me make plans for what my options were should I finish close close to closing time, after closing time, etc. It was easy to work with their schedules and have an open line of communication. Brian and Bryan even double checked to make sure the Uboxes I received were clean internally and stocked amply with packing blankets. At the end of the day my car battery died and they even pulled a truck up and jumped my battery, saving me a visit from AAA. They said they wouldn't leave anybody in that situation. You could tell this location was short staffed on a Wednesday which was odd but Brian and Bryan were very composed and professional. I've done Ubox before and I'm a big fan of Uhaul in general; Uhaul is generally easy to reach and generally very flexible. It made me happy that Brian and Bryan allowed me to still have a high opinion of Uhaul even though their Ubox prices have gone up in the last couple years.

Drivers, the docks are directly on mcewan. Kind of tight if there's another truck. Back in before checking in. Kind of on the slower side and not particularly friendly.

Canceled my storage unit and was automatically charged for another month 3 hours laater. Called the location and was told that the general manager would reverse the charge the next morning and would call to confirm, 4 days later, still haven't heard from him. When I attempted to call the storage unit directly to inquire again they transferred me to customer service and said there was nothing they could do. Customer service then told me that the only one who could reverse the charge was the GM. Which means that the workers had no idea what they were talking about and waisted about an hour of my time. Still have not heard back from the GM, filed for refund through my bank.

My wife and I recently have had the need for trailers to move things from one home to another. Suffice it to say, I have become a frequent patron at U-haul Storage of Lake Oswego located on McEwan Road in Tualatin. In all of my dealings there, the staff has been outstanding to work with. Tomas, Bre and Aiden in particular. They have been extremely efficient, helpful and kind. I had to rent a trailer last minute this past weekend, and sure enough, they answered the phone calling me by name, in recognizing my number. I was able to drop the trailer off after hours and did so without a hitch ( no pun intended)!!! I highly recommend working with the team at Uhaul Storage of Lake Oswego. Their service is terrific! Couldn’t drop off my RV trailer at 6PM on a Sunday. Called the manager’s number, even texted but he only read my texts, no response or call back the next day. Plus I’ve seen a $300 per year rate increase in under 3 years. I’ve taken my business elsewhere

Our UBox storage pods were stored here when we were in the process of relocating from out of state. We unloaded the pods the day they got delivered after being in storage for 2 weeks only to discover they had mice. Tried emailing this location and calling corporate and got NO help. It's so gross - there are mice in my new house now and they did nothing to correct the situation. Don't go here unless you want mice.

Thomas at U-Haul was the most helpful and genuinely kind person. We were in there buying TV boxes for our move and we mentioned we ordered a trailer online. He took us out for a tour so we had a peace of mind that we made the right decision on size. He guided us with all things we need and even asked us if we remembered to buy trailer 4pin lights (we forgot)…go U-haul, great staff & service!
