I've been a customer at this facility / site for a little while and I trust the manager. Today I went in to add another service. When I arrived there were three of us in the office doing paperwork and the phone was ringing non-stop. Not one customer or call was ignored. Callers had enquiries concerning different matters at two separate facilities and all were answered quickly and clearly. Auctions and payment, online booking processes, weed abatement; fire safety checks... this is what I observed and I was not in the office very long. The level of multitasking that was going on was head-spinning as well as being a pleasure to watch. Effective, efficient, competent, friendly. That is an impressive skill set. Thanks for your consistently outstanding service which is always accompanied by good humour. May I leave six stars? :D
