One of the artists had visible and audible illness symptoms but she wasn't working on my sandwich. Mine forgot to ring up the meal then charged me full price for chips and drink. It was a tedious order so I just smiled and rolled with it. Sandwich was good though, this subway usually is one of the better ones in the area.

Great service even though the City has construction work going on in the street. Both employees were pleasant and food was ready when we got there. Sandwiches are SOOOOO GOOD!

I came here and ordered my card was charged they then said it was declined I check my bank account and showed them that it was charged they told me that there system said it wasn't processed so I called my bank they confirmed they charged my card I came back inside and explained that to them but they were adamant that I wasn't charged and it would be one thing if it was simple system error but no the person who was working the cash register was extremely rude and short with me giving me constant attitude and rolling her eyes

Brunette with nose ring. Intentionally over toasted my sub and then put two pathetic cups of chicken on a foot long Sandwich. I know how the sub is supposed to be made dear. I've been buying subs every week and this girl just cost subway a customer. Nice work. Turns out Catherine used a dirty piece of paper to put my sub on as well. The paper had dried food all over it and she lied and said it was from the toaster. Someone needs to take these franchise owners to court in a class action lawsuit!

The Subway here on Biddle road is a pretty decent place to get a sandwich. We have been there several times, and the service seems okay, and the restaurant is reasonably clean. Next time you're out and about, stop by for a fat sammy!

Wow.. Dine in is back. Must wear a mask to enter. Once you are seated your mask can come off unless you leave the table again (filling your beverage cup, cleaning off your table, tossing out your trash, using the restroom or leaving the restaurant. Friendly staff. We appreciate those who are working so the community can enjoy certain businesses.

I really like eating here. They have good salads, you can make any sandwich into a salad.. I literally would only have good things to say, except for one thing… I am very annoyed that half the time they won’t have a fork. I get that inventory doesn’t always work out, but they should let us know before we have paid for our food that we will not actually be able to eat it… unless you’re willing to shovel a salad with your hands…. This has happened a handful of times and they never tell me ahead of time, it’s always after I’ve paid I learn there is no forks. Because they are out of forks so often, I actually try to have an extra plastic fork in my car because I eat here pretty often, at least once a week…. But I don’t always remember to replenish my fork supply. It’s just really a bummer, I have this salad now and can’t eat it…. I don’t ever post reviews… I like the employees, everyone is nice, and the salads are good, easy and healthy… but I’m just asking to please try to order more forks, it would be very much appreciated.

I walked in at 8:10 pm, and was the only one there. Both employees looked at me, but didn't greet me. No big deal, it's late-ish, and they both looked really tired, so I greeted them. I barely got a hello, even after my high energy "hey guys how ya doin tonight?" ...crickets, then a little "hey" from the girl that was facing away from me. It was weird. They were both moving in slow motion, especially the guy. It took him about 3 minutes to ask me what I wanted. Which wouldn't have been an issue if he was busy doing anything else but he was just standing there drying his hands! For 3 minutes! I ordered 2 footlongs that would go to 4 different people so I wanted them wrapped all separately. He had to think about it. He was sooo slow! I was patient though. When he put the veggies on, it was so sloppy and then the mayo came out in blobs right in the middle. Then smashed the sandwiches to wrap them. He looked tired so I was patient. When he rang me up, I got a good look at his weirdly long fingernails and the abundance of dirt and grime under them. I was back in my car by 8:40.

I like subway but I was grossed out tonight when the girl making my sandwich had not changed her gloves or washed hands between the customer before me and the customer after me. She made three orders without changing gloves or washing hands and her hair was dangling over my food. Hopefully my sandwich is ok.
