I know they are understaffed but we were the only ones ordering and lady still gave us burnt bread for warmed sandwiches 🥪 😕 go to heroes and get a good sandwich. ~Mary

I visited this store for the first time last week. WOW!!! I knew what to expect, but there are no words to express how overwhelming it was. That's a good thing, just couldn't take it all in during this first visit. I got almost 2/3s of the way through it but I will definitely be returning to go through the rest. They were have an amazing sale at the time as well, which made it even more difficult to leave. I guess I will just have to set up a cot in the back and move there.🤔😉😊 I ended up only buying 3 things (😇on this visit) but plan to return soon to get my Hobby on. Check it out crafters or anyone who likes shopping for just about anything cool...if you have the time..and don't forget to bring your self control. ✌👍😍 ~Shawna

One of the artists had visible and audible illness symptoms but she wasn't working on my sandwich. Mine forgot to ring up the meal then charged me full price for chips and drink. It was a tedious order so I just smiled and rolled with it. Sandwich was good though, this subway usually is one of the better ones in the area. ~Brian

These guys are the best in the biz. I've done more than 12 moves across 4 states, and Ray and his team were top notch. I had hired other movers who turned out to be not legal in Oregon and had to find someone else in less than a week. Ray didn't have to take my move on - they are so booked. But they did, and were on time, and packed the truck so well. I can't rave about them enough. We rented a truck for our move to Las Vegas. We picked it up on 1/8/2022. We were loading up our things and I took a bad fall from the truck onto the pavement. I hit the ground face first and I got a big gash in my forehead. I was rushed to the emergency room. I ended up having to get stitches. This would not have happened if there had been a grab handle on the back of the truck. There was one on the other side but none on the side I fell from. I had 2 black eyes and the big gash on my forehead. I am still suffering from the pain and I will have a big scar on my forehead. I have looked at other moving trucks and they all have handles on both sides. This whole thing would have avoided if there had been the handles on both sides. I have pictures of my injuries and I will be glad to send them to you. Please respond soon or I will need to contact an attorney. ~Dorothy

Nice people who work there however a 40 percent rate increase in the rate does not qualify them as discount. Not a typo, a 40 percent increase. Rate are just as good anywhere else. ~R

Would have rated 5 stars but not now! I've had multiple work and personal units for over 10 years. I usually pay 3-6 months in advance. I've seen 10 rate increases from $75 to $108. Got a notice in July of upcoming increase but never received a bill with new amount. Got a late notice today with fees. New mgr said to bad, so sad! After 10+ yrs I find that very disappointing and rude. Just NO loyalty to long-term customers! Kinda like the cable company! ☹ It doesn't help knowing the owners either! ~Shorty

In line and was ignored and then when making my sub stopped so the woman could make a Walmart employees sub although I had been waiting and the employee just walked in. Very Ignorant! ~bill
