These guys are the best in the biz. I've done more than 12 moves across 4 states, and Ray and his team were top notch. I had hired other movers who turned out to be not legal in Oregon and had to find someone else in less than a week. Ray didn't have to take my move on - they are so booked. But they did, and were on time, and packed the truck so well. I can't rave about them enough. I was charged $150 for a dolly that was in the truck when it was returned. I reached out multiple times to a Marlon Green who is reportedly the General Manager. Mr. Green stated this was a mistaken charge and the refund would be issued. This was told to me on April 5, 2022. I have yet to receive the refund to my account. It has been over two months that I have been trying to have this issue addressed but for some unknown reason it continues to be ignored even though I've received response emails stating the refund would be issued. Due to this experience I would not recommend using this specific Uhaul location. ~Stevie
