I was charged $150 for a dolly that was in the truck when it was returned. I reached out multiple times to a Marlon Green who is reportedly the General Manager. Mr. Green stated this was a mistaken charge and the refund would be issued. This was told to me on April 5, 2022. I have yet to receive the refund to my account. It has been over two months that I have been trying to have this issue addressed but for some unknown reason it continues to be ignored even though I've received response emails stating the refund would be issued. Due to this experience I would not recommend using this specific Uhaul location. ~Stevie

Not sure if it's my car or O'Reilly's in general. I ask them if they have the part that fits my car and they say yes. The problem I'm having is that everytime i get home to install it, it never fits. Had too wait over a week for axles and when I get them they are simply sized wrong and don't fit. I get a new radiator from them and the cap is totally different doesn't fit. The parts always look right but when you get down to the wire, they are always wrong. Please help me understand why I am running into this issue. You need to change your catalog because one size does not fit all. ~Bryce
