Not sure if it's my car or O'Reilly's in general. I ask them if they have the part that fits my car and they say yes. The problem I'm having is that everytime i get home to install it, it never fits. Had too wait over a week for axles and when I get them they are simply sized wrong and don't fit. I get a new radiator from them and the cap is totally different doesn't fit. The parts always look right but when you get down to the wire, they are always wrong. Please help me understand why I am running into this issue. You need to change your catalog because one size does not fit all.

They have a lot of items you'd need or want for a car. But the man we had to help us acted like we didn't know anything and expected us to be experts on car parts which was annoying. But other than that it's generally a good store.

It seems like one of their stores always got something I need and when I need it if they don't then someone close by does this is probably my go-to spot for any kind of car mechanic stuff.

A tall old man with all grey hair that works there was very rude told me I had the wrong part that I was wrong when in actuality he was looking up the part wrong and he kicked me out of line and then I had to go online and find it and show him then he sent me to the other store because they didn't have it in stock there and when I got to the other store they didn't have it in stock either verifying he said it would be there and he was very very rude I will never go there again

I was in O'Reilly Auto Parts store on Center Drive in Medford yesterday needing help checking and possibly swapping out a car battery. Branson is the one who helped me out. Not only did he check my battery, alternator, and starter but also swapped my bad battery out for a new one. Great service and all in a timely fashion. Thank you Branson for your help and the great service!! Side note, I was just at Les Schwab on Matt Loop in Medford trying to get help prior to O’Reilly’s. They said it would take a hour and a half to get it checked out which then I asked if I could just purchase one. I was told it would take the same amount of time. An hour and a half to by a battery, that’s crazy. Terrible service and I do t plan on ever going there again.

Went to this place because they had the battery I needed for my vehicle, plus the person I spoke with said they could install it while I waited. Perfect as I’m on crutches and that offer was most welcome. What was NOT even close to perfect was the fact the guy that did the battery swap did not replace the hold down bar that goes across the top of the battery to secure it to the tray. He just left it dangling loose on top of the battery. I was able to have a friend fasten it in place with a little ingenuity and two spacers, so it’s not as if it was impossible to do, but what really sucked was the guy that did the job said nothing about it after he accepted a pretty generous tip !! Real professional service huh ?? 👎🏼

OB, the clerk was friendly, helpful and professional on the phone. When I arrived at the store, he came outside and quickly installed the wiper blades I had purchased. I am handicapped and this was appreciated. Hats off to OB.

These guys know their stuff and always willing to help. Due to the wildfires in our area, I decided to see about cabin or interior car filters and what do you know they had one for each of our vehicles! I have the filter in each car and the difference was undeniable.
