If you value your belongings, find someone else to move them. Much of the packing they did for us was good, but several things were jammed into boxes without padding. One box contained hand weights and glass items, and the hand weights were not at the bottom and not wrapped. The items that were packed last, as they were running out of time, were the worst. One would think that instead of doing a poor job, they would engage more help so that everything could be adequately handled. Our goods were not moved in a moving truck or van but in a freight van that was filthy. By the end of the journey, everything was covered in this dirt so that dirty boxes were moved into our new home. The contents of the load were not secured by straps or nets, which is the normal practice, so the load shifted. When the back of the truck was opened at the destination, the contents were falling out. Needless to say the shifting contents rubbed together causing damage. The company's attitude was we were lucky to have our belongings reach the destination. There is more to this horror story, but we are tired of reliving it. We have moved many times, and most of these were long distance moves, all around the US and overseas and back. Never, ever, have we encountered such incompetence. Find another moving company.

These guys are the best in the biz. I've done more than 12 moves across 4 states, and Ray and his team were top notch. I had hired other movers who turned out to be not legal in Oregon and had to find someone else in less than a week. Ray didn't have to take my move on - they are so booked. But they did, and were on time, and packed the truck so well. I can't rave about them enough. There were friendly, and kind and had a great attitude even after moving my 500 pound safe Thank you guys - you saved me. Services: In-state moving, Oversized-item moving, Local moving

Lile moving company was great. We had David, clay, Herman, and Sal. They were professional, and prompt. They kept in communication with us the whole time to double check if certain things needed to be packed or not. Their work ethic eased a lot of concerns with our upcoming move. David led his team with great professionalism. We admire their team work and hard work in ensuring our house hold goods would be taken care of. We know we’re in good hands! This company was amazing, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. 10/10!

The Most Unprofessional Movers...SEE MY RESPONSE TO OWNER BELOW From the second these guys showed up at my house they were unprofessional, with one jumping out of the passenger seat with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. Within 5 min the main guy Ray was saying the F word and every other curse word below that, calling me and my husband "Bro" over and over. I pulled him aside and asked that none of them talk like that out of respect of us and our nanny and baby who where also inside. He asked who was talking like that and I reminded him "it was you". I then started to shut my front door as they went outside to get started and was told it should remain open...I told him not if the employees were going to be smoking in front of it (the passenger had lit up yet another cigarette just within less than 30 mins time of being there! Outside of them being unprofessional with their manner, they would stop a lot to "discuss positioning of items in the truck" and they never loaded up a full room at once. Keep in mind we had just a few items per room if even that. Most of the furniture and boxes we had already moved. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Please find a company that has better reviews before wasting your money on Lile. RESPONSE TO COMPANIES QUESTION BELOW: The review at the end was filled out by my husband because I was not there when they dropped off the items at the new house. Yes the cursing was corrected after speaking with Ray but the fact of the matter is when someone is paying that much money to have a COMPANY (not my husbands buddies) come into their home, they should never have to ask them not to cuss. Its about professionalism from the minute they enter your facility to get in the truck to come to a job. My husband is less bothered by this type of unprofessional behavior hence why he quickly filled out the end of job review as he did. Also how comfortable would you be to fill out negative comments about someone standing right there that knows where you live??? The only way to really give your customers a chance to express any concerns or gratitude would be to do it in an email or phone call within a couple of days post-delivery. Does that makes sense? Your guys arent horrible people, just very unprofessional. The young guy there that was new was the most professional which he should get credit for...I cannot remember his name. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any other concerns.

DON’T USE THEM. No communication whatsoever from my local sales rep in Medford, OR at Lile Moving Company. They gave me a 10-day drop off window that was planned to be broken from day 1, according to North American Van Lines. My sales rep, George Taylor, said he’d give me regular updates, but didn’t provide them unless I reached out first. Drop off was late, and they kept pushing it back a day over and over again, costing us hundreds of dollars in travel rearrangements and time off work. If you’re going to be late, stick to a day. Don’t keep changing it after we all changed our travel and work schedules.

The only issue we had with Lile Medford was that we had a scheduled move-in day. They called us and wanted to move us in a day early to get one of their trucks back into service for other jobs. This meant that we wouldn't have time to clean or prepare our new home at all. We had a 5:00 PM closing, and by the time we got to our house after the closing, LIle was already there waiting to unload their truck. they did an okay job, but it was apparent that they were more concerned with getting their truck back than sticking to the schedule that we signed up for. It's not the worst thing that could happen, but it definitely made for a less than optimal and rushed experience. Last, the lead for the work, Ray, was awesome!! This guy went out of his way to show empathy and to assist us in whatever ways that he could. Too bad Ray didn't work for the booking agent up in Salem. Our move would have gone better.

We have moved several times in our lifetime from the lower 48 to Alaska and back utilizing many different movers. This recent move to Coos Bay, Oregon by far was the most pleasant move we evr made because of Lile Movers from Medford,OR. The entire crew from sales/scheduler and the moving crew themselves were professional,compassionat­e and awesome. Kudos to Dave/Mike and Asher of the crew for the care. These dudes are the best! We had Herman, Sal, and Andi for most of the day, and then Mike and Ray came and helped them finish. They were very careful with our things and they paid close attention to what they were packing. They caught things multiple times that I had not meant to pack and so I was able to catch them and save ourselves hassle in the long run. One of them found a wad of cash that belonged to my daughter and gave it back to us. They were cheerful, polite, honest, and professional. Five out of five stars, would definitely recommend Lile moving!
