Best car repair in Medford, Oregon (OR) 2024

I had a broken tail lite and when I entered the store I was greeted immediately by a employee asking how they could help me I explained about my tail lite and he gathered up the things I needed and even went in the back to find a less expensive item to save me money. They were absolutely great and I would recommend them for anything auto related! ~Douglas

Not sure if it's my car or O'Reilly's in general. I ask them if they have the part that fits my car and they say yes. The problem I'm having is that everytime i get home to install it, it never fits. Had too wait over a week for axles and when I get them they are simply sized wrong and don't fit. I get a new radiator from them and the cap is totally different doesn't fit. The parts always look right but when you get down to the wire, they are always wrong. Please help me understand why I am running into this issue. You need to change your catalog because one size does not fit all. ~Bryce
