We rented a truck for our move to Las Vegas. We picked it up on 1/8/2022. We were loading up our things and I took a bad fall from the truck onto the pavement. I hit the ground face first and I got a big gash in my forehead. I was rushed to the emergency room. I ended up having to get stitches. This would not have happened if there had been a grab handle on the back of the truck. There was one on the other side but none on the side I fell from. I had 2 black eyes and the big gash on my forehead. I am still suffering from the pain and I will have a big scar on my forehead. I have looked at other moving trucks and they all have handles on both sides. This whole thing would have avoided if there had been the handles on both sides. I have pictures of my injuries and I will be glad to send them to you. Please respond soon or I will need to contact an attorney. ~Dorothy

I was charged $150 for a dolly that was in the truck when it was returned. I reached out multiple times to a Marlon Green who is reportedly the General Manager. Mr. Green stated this was a mistaken charge and the refund would be issued. This was told to me on April 5, 2022. I have yet to receive the refund to my account. It has been over two months that I have been trying to have this issue addressed but for some unknown reason it continues to be ignored even though I've received response emails stating the refund would be issued. Due to this experience I would not recommend using this specific Uhaul location. ~Stevie
