I've ordered from this site several times while on my lunch break and I can count on then to be fast and fresh. But I've noticed if the older guy is working my order is always messed up. Today my sandwich was missing the cheese, oil, and vinegar and I asked for extra banana peppers and there was only like three of them on my sandwich my sandwich was really dry and just pretty much just sucked today. And he always gets my chip order wrong

The WORST customer service ever. I stopped in to get a cup of soup. I heard the employee say that she wasn't sure she had enough soup for a full cup. I didn't think much of it, paid for the soup and started to leave. I decided to check how much was in the cup since it weighed almost nothing. The cup was less than half full, so I went back to ask if she might have more cooking since it was so little. She just said no and turned away. I then asked her why I should pay for a full cup of soup, and she stared at me. She eventually went back to the register and (I hope) refunded my money. I wouldn't know because she didn't tell me what she was doing. No apology. No explanation. Just plain rude! Don't waste your time with this location.

My son and I went to grab a sandwich and we stood there for about 5 minutes. Then my son said hello then a man appears from the back and says we have a bell. I said oh I am sorry where is the bell because we could clearly see no bell. He said it’s here yup it was there but nothing stating it was a bell and to ring it if you need service. Then he proceeds to ask my son what he wants he place’s the order then I asked him what was on a particular sandwich he stated the name of the sandwich not what’s on it. I knew from that point I would not order and partake in his dance. He proceeded to huff and puff while making the sandwich and of course I can’t keep my voice from saying wow your clearly having a bad night he stated no I am remembering numbers he said I am trying not to talk to remember numbers! Inventory maybe he was in the middle of doing inventory and we stopped him maybe next time write the number on paper to not forget it. I couldn’t engage with him it wasn’t worth my time. I just stood there. While my son was saying what he wanted and hesitating or pausing the guy was glaring at him. This was at 7:30 on Sunday evening they close at 10pm. Worst customer service ever!

I guess I can always make it a habit and tell people not to go to this subway. Seems like this establishment prides themselves on poor customer service. Lost my business and the money from my paycheck that supports you guys.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY IT IS AWFUL!!!!!! This is the WORST subway I have EVER been to. It took forever when there was only 2 people in line that were already checking out, I did not get what I asked for, the ice machine was broken and the fountain drinks are FLAT and STAIL . I love subway I get it all the time, been to all kinds all over the state...this is by far the absolute WORST subway ever. I wish I could give it zero stars. I won't EVER come back to this one I'll drive further and go to a different one. And I had a coupon code that instead of taking OFF $1 they CHARGED ME $1. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY IT IS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!
