I got a medium with 1 topping and a small cup it cost me $16. at other places I pay below $10 for 2 cups. Also I asked for granola and gummy bears… she wanted to put it at the bottom first I mean who wants to eat granola at the bottom of the yogurt so you gotta eat the yogurt first before you eat the granola. 🤦🏻♀️ She put so much yogurt in it that the topping doesn’t even stay on it and she wasn’t able to put the gummy beers on because they were falling off. . Not coming back to this place. I rather do my own yogurt at other places and pay less.

The woman that work at this place are disgusting and rude. Me and my mom went today on 3/16/22 and we received a gross and bitter attitude from the people that worked for there.I love the place, the ice cream, and the owners there but the older women that are working there are so rude.

Yogurt is good but the staff needs to be trained on how to charge properly. I've ordered online before so I know the prices for toppings. I just left and I ordered a kiddie cup with 2 flavors and 2 toppings. Why was I charged $2.26 for only 2 toppings? I tried to tell the woman who rang me up but she just kept saying no. I said yes, each topping is .75 cents, so it should only be $1.50 and she said yes but it's $2.26 for you. Like what?! That doesn't make any sense. She didn't even ask if I wanted a middle topping so I knew it should've been less, because I only got a bottom and top. I paid it but I know I was overcharged and that's not right. They were a little busy but she didn't even ask for help or tried to clarify with a manager, even though I asked if she was sure about the price. Who knows how many people she's ripped off by now. Not sure if I want to come back here again

This place is really good. Their frozen yogurt tastes like soft serve custard and the staff is always really on top of it. The only negative is that it's located across the street from my gym, so I'm always tempted post-work out ; ). They definitely focus on quality of product over store looks, which is totally fine with me.

I ordered the large cappuccino flavor with graham cracker and waffle cone toppings. Meh. Great cappuccino flavor but it was still lacking something, "je ne sais quoi". My kiddo got the Oreo and it was also meh.

If you don’t know what to do, the workers are very sweet there and seemingly happy to explain how it all works!
