Best frozen yogurt shop in Greenvale, New York (NY) 2024

Yogurt is good but the staff needs to be trained on how to charge properly. I've ordered online before so I know the prices for toppings. I just left and I ordered a kiddie cup with 2 flavors and 2 toppings. Why was I charged $2.26 for only 2 toppings? I tried to tell the woman who rang me up but she just kept saying no. I said yes, each topping is .75 cents, so it should only be $1.50 and she said yes but it's $2.26 for you. Like what?! That doesn't make any sense. She didn't even ask if I wanted a middle topping so I knew it should've been less, because I only got a bottom and top. I paid it but I know I was overcharged and that's not right. They were a little busy but she didn't even ask for help or tried to clarify with a manager, even though I asked if she was sure about the price. Who knows how many people she's ripped off by now. Not sure if I want to come back here again ~Karina
