I had an exceptional experience with Grace’s catering. They had exactly what I was looking for to host a “tea party” themed shower. They were wonderful with placing the order, calling two days before to confirm, and delivered everything to my home punctually to allow me the time to set up for guests. Not to mention, the food was delicious, fresh, and filling! Stress-free catering made the event that much more enjoyable to host, and guests were continuously complimenting the food. Yogurt is good but the staff needs to be trained on how to charge properly. I've ordered online before so I know the prices for toppings. I just left and I ordered a kiddie cup with 2 flavors and 2 toppings. Why was I charged $2.26 for only 2 toppings? I tried to tell the woman who rang me up but she just kept saying no. I said yes, each topping is .75 cents, so it should only be $1.50 and she said yes but it's $2.26 for you. Like what?! That doesn't make any sense. She didn't even ask if I wanted a middle topping so I knew it should've been less, because I only got a bottom and top. I paid it but I know I was overcharged and that's not right. They were a little busy but she didn't even ask for help or tried to clarify with a manager, even though I asked if she was sure about the price. Who knows how many people she's ripped off by now. Not sure if I want to come back here again ~Karina

I work in the area and have been wanting to stop by this Chase for a while. I was so happy I finally did! From the moment I stepped in it was the most Elegant and beautifully designed Chase I have ever stepped in. I didn’t think I was even in a bank. I was greeted and given warm and friendly customer service!! My business took no time at all. My visit was highlighted by the Gorgeous Britt who was my teller. She was very efficient, help, and genuinely warm! Extremely pleasurable! And might I add Ive Never seen a more Gorgeous woman!! I’ll definitely be back to see Britt and to visit this branch again‼️ ~barberworld011
