I had such a great experience at this AutoZone. My check engine light came on and I headed on over for a free reading. I was in and out in less than ten minutes, and each minute of that experience was top-tier. The two gentlemen that assisted me were both informative and had a great energy that put me at ease. Fortunately there is nothing major going on with my car-but next time something comes up, you can be sure I'll be back.

Usually coming to this location I feel welcomed and heard. I’ve had several positive interactions here. Keep in mind I am 17 and I keep up with my old car on my own, so I tend to come here by myself to purchase their merchandise. I recently went here and as soon as I walked through the doors, their merchandise alarms went off. I ignored it, they must of been having technical difficulties since this happened to other people coming in. As I was standing in the doorway a old man was getting checked out by a woman worker. This man immediately noticed me and the alarms and said LOUDLY, “Looks like your hot meter went off, you’re pretty.” I personally think I look younger then I am. So him saying this made me extremely uncomfortable. The woman checking him out did nothing. And neither did any of the other workers. I’m not sure if they’re told to not interact or they didn’t want any conflict but it made my entire shopping experience dreadful, because this man was continuing to look in my direction as I was shopping. And when I left, the alarms went off again and he made another sly comment. I shouldn’t have to feel like I need to immediately lock my car doors leaving a place of retail. What he said was not AutoZones fault. I just wish that there was more support coming from them for him to knock it off.

Sydney was AMAZING. When I say she went above and beyond she really did. Our head light went out to our Honda and she was more than happy to help install the lightbulb for us. Of course our car had to give us trouble and instead of going back into the warm store she continued to work with it to make sure we didn’t leave with a head light out. I tried to give her a tip and she kindly declined. Definitely an amazing person to have aboard!!

I have an account with them and lost my receipt for an alternator after installing it. Took back the core and gave them my account information and they said they didnt see that I bought the alternator at that store on my account. I went home and logged onto it and its the first top thing listed on items I have bought at the store. The 2 guys that worked with me where no help. And one of them helped me the previous week with the vehicle that needed the alternator. Not happy with the Oregon City, OR location. I would give no stars if I could.

I have to Cerebral Palsy, & do Uber delivery. I was really excited about my first nonfood delivery...& completely embarrassed myself by losing my balance, into the counter, knocking the parts off, & myself over. The staff was perfect. Making sure I was okay, but giving me the time & space to collect myself, gather my pride, & finish my job. I was treated with dignity, & respect. You have definitely earned my business!!
