They were closed before their posted CLOSED time on a Saturday. 4:00pm UPS delivers my packages there (very inconvenient). I work long hours 6 days a week, so closing early is a problem.

We came here twice during normal hours and they were closed. There was even a person in the store at 4:30 and they wouldn't let us in.

Hi want to give a huge huge shout out to Jamie the little Woman with a huge huge heart for helping me out putting a headlamp in her little small fingers really did do the trick in getting that lamp in and out and the struggle to put the rubber cap back on afterwards!!! Thank you thank you thank you and to the crew with her that helped her out!!!

Just started working here the place is very organized for how tight and small it is they have multiple uses inside one single building people come here to get parts people come here to pick up packages from UPS because it's a UPS pickup point and people also come here for general knowledge about how to fix their cars people will not be disappointed by the hard-working people here at CarQuest

Had the batteries I ordered online for maximum savings using promo codes and speed perks (points you earn every-time you spend money online or using your account) I think every $100 spent you get $20 off next purchase. Add that with their online offer of %25 off you can find by just google searching “advance auto parts promo code” and you are saving the max allowed on a order $50. In this situation such as batteries for my diesel I do two separate orders saving me $100. That’s right 2 batteries for $180 can’t beat it with their 2 year replacement warranty. On this occasion I asked the teller “ would he mind deducting my core fee before charging me as it often takes a long time to reimburse the core fee.. something to do with communication with their headquarters on east coast.” Chris the employee that was helping me states “ yeah I know how to do my job”. I was kinda thrown off didn’t know if he was trying to be rude or what but I just chuckled and explained I have had to wait at the store in Beaverton for almost a hour just for them to talk to someone and even then I still had to wait 2-3 days for the reimbursement. Which makes no sense when I bring the cores in at time of purchase. Should never even be charged a core fee if I have the core to turn in right then. Anyhow ol Chris who doesn’t wanna be told how to do his job managed to do half his job lol. On one of the batteries he didn’t charge me a core fee and the other he did. He acknowledged his mistake and I could tell felt like a imbecile so I laughed and told him not to worry about it he promised he wouldn’t make me wait and would take care of it himself in a couple hours. Which he didn’t get around to it til the next day but it did get taken care of. All in all good deals price wise but it definitely can cost you in time if you don’t help them do their jobs so to speak and guide them to think outside the box. (Core present at time of transaction = no charge for core fee) thank you come again!

My new favorite parts store. Good pricing on the Moog parts I was after. Yes they were a little bit more expensive than Amazon. But I wanted them ASAP. And when I can I like to support local businesses. Ben is a ROCK! Thorough and knowledgeable. Kept the store open a couple of more minutes when I was running late and gave me a good deal my brake parts. The store down on TV is good also. But I like this one.
