I try to shop at St. Vincent rather than Goodwill or some of the other second hand shops, but this location in particular has the WORST customer service. Most of the women who work here seem miserable to be there and are not very helpful or nice. Will be avoiding this location from now on.

Treated me and my friends nicely, and i got a cute shirt and dress for a total of about $12 which in my opinion is good, the only complaint i have is that when trying to check the price of something there isnt always a tag on it and its a bit confusing.

Pleased with experience. $30 for 5 blouses, with 7 da y refund available as changing rooms were closed. The people were delightful, and, at least the womens clothes were plentiful, and reasonably priced. Limited household items however.

This location is slim pickings and SUPER overpriced. Whoever does their pricing needs to get a grip. This shirt was $17 on the VINTAGE rack. It is a $9 shirt from the notoriously low quality fast fashion site Shein 😂😂😂 their records are like $4 each which is really high for a thrift store, and other things are so overpriced as well, like $20 for a basic plant pot and $14 for a wall clock that was missing a hand 😵💫 also, I asked an employee for the bathroom key and she snapped at me and was incredibly rude. The younger cashiers are nice though.

Wasn't allowed in with backpack first visit. I rode my bicycle to the store, and the one off Seneca in Eugene.. both wouldn't allow my backpack inside, which is how I ride my purchases home. Neither location would allow it to be with them behind desk, very firm on 'no backpack' policy. Now I know how other backpackers, cyclists, and homeless people feel, trying to buy from here. I suggest Goodwill, which has lockers. Customers create their own temporary code and their stuff is safe while they shop.

A sizeable store with plenty of free parking. There's also disabled.parking spaces close.to.the front of the store.entrance is also wheelchair friendly .the store is well maintained and clean enough to fo.inside.i find the workers are somewhat. friendly some have an attitude and others do not.they do have dressings rooms and a return policy .what I find is most items are.way overpriced. I've found the same items.at.stores brand new.for less than what they are charging customers for.old warn. Clothing or furniture and.many more items..at times.ive really felt.insulted by such outlandish prices.i.prefer.goodwillmyself.they have fair prices to good prices they have friendly employees most.of all they have great programs for.people down and.out wanting to get jobs and.many more.programs they offer.goodwill the better place to shop by far.

This place is super gentrified (as are most of the St. Vinnies' in Eugene). I do not recommend shopping here if you're looking for fair or even reasonable prices ($20 worn picture frame, $20-$50 sweaters from GAP, furniture in poor condition & for the price you could easily buy new instead). It was funny but also frustrating because I go to thrift stores because I can't always afford new items. There are a lot of great independent thrift stores in this town to support instead, and even Goodwill is better.

This is the Gucci of thrift stores in the area you pay way more than you expected for absolutely nothing I hear they do a lot of good in the community but they don't help the people who need items for their homes

I've been a thrift shopper and collector for many years. I've also found amazing goods at other Vinnie's locations. This store seems to be an unbelievable exception. They have some good items, but they have pricing on the products here that compare to buying the same items new at even cheaper prices elsewhere. I've never been in a thrift store and seen a $900.00 price tag on a bed, or $50.00 for a 10 year old non-HDTV and had someone suggest that they were selling for that elsewhere before. Whoever is running this program forgot about the neighborhoods they're supposedly providing for and decided non-profit really means max profits on free stuff to funnel into the business and expand. I'm not likely to return here again. I'm actually offended and I don't get offended by much, ever.

Hate to poorly review a helpful organization but they need to review their pricing strategy. Retail pricing on beat up and outdated electronics, and abhorrent deals on scratched up torn/abused furniture. Pictured white couch was listed for ONE THOUSAND.
