I thought it was terrible they had a little old lady bringing out the furniture orders. Call me sexist but that's just dangerous. I felt really sorry for her, and I would not have asked for help with my order if I had known. I don't care what the staffing issues are; the management can't be allowing that. Get it together, guys.

I’ve dropped off two large donations in the last three months. The customer service at this location is awful. What amazes me is the donations are priced outrageously.

Horrible supervisor today. Usually when I come I have great experiences. I came today as the fabric I've had my eyes on was on sale. I was going to pick up 3 bolts of fabric. Two had over 20 folds of fabric for $24.99. One had only 6 folds for $19.99. When I asked for a supervisor, an older short lady came up. I explained that the one fabric had a 1/4 what the others had and requested a price drop. She was snarky as she refused, stating that I'm already getting a good deal so no the price stays. I don't mind being told no. It was her snarky rude attitude, like how dare I even ask. Yes I'm getting a great deal if I was going to a fabric store. But this is goodwill, and the price just didn't make sense compared to the others I was buying.

Prices are out of control! Here's just one example. A tiny scented candle for $3.99. These are 1.99-2.99 at Ross, Marshall's and TJMax!!! Its crazy! Unless u happen upon something with the 50% off color you are really WAY better off either at one of those stores or eBay. Goodwill has become way too greedy.

People are really nice and the store is always clean but I must say that the prices on clothing is ridiculous. Very unreasonable for a place that has all of their stuff donated. It’s cheaper to shop at Ross. It’s definitely not for the poor like it used to be. 😌 I guess we’re paying for the good variety.

I’ve been shopping at this location for well over 7 years. The employees work hard, attentive to store conditions and are always very nice. If I could write a review on the customers that shop there though, it would be a different story!

USED ELECTRONICS This goodwill has a separate and very large electronics department. I bought a D-link modem. Clean store and one of the largest stores in the Eugene/ Springfield area. Plenty of parking. If you found this review to be helpful please like it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
