Buying a mattress at Denver Mattress was a pleasant experience. We were not pressured by the salesman, Keith. He showed us what we were interested in. And, he introduced us to a base for the mattress that we hadn’t planned on buying. But it was so good we ended up purchasing the base with our mattress. Great service, friendly, relaxed shopping atmosphere, good exposure to various mattresses from which to choose. We like shopping at Denver Mattress. And Keith, the salesman, was a pleasure to work with.

I found a great mattress in the price range I was hoping for. Hunter Kendall showed me many options and there was no pressure from him, just very good customer service! I’ll plan on working with him when I need a new mattress for the guest room! Very good shopping experience.

Went to my local store to sort out much confusion and many disparities online and try out matttresses. I purchased a clearance mattress that seemed like a good deal...medium firm and the line being discontinued for another new line. Came home and looked at seemingly lower online prices than in-store. After writing a mediocre review initially I raised my rating from a 3 to a 4. After leaving the initial review I quickly heard from the corporate review team and shortly thereafter heard from my sales person and then his manager. I leave a 4 for follow up and customer service. I still think I'm at 3 for overall confusion about mattresses and believe stores could make this all clearer than they do. I will add I bought a firm Dr's Choice mattress from this store in 2017 and it's been the best mattress I've ever had (with an inexpensive 1.5" foam topper). The current mattress is for a guest bed and no two people like the same thing....so hope this softer (medium) mattress makes some happy. I shop here because they have a large selection and are in same building with furniture row. I just bought a new living room set from FR. I will definitely shop here again.

We were in the store at least two hours, saw every possible frame/mattress we might be interested in, tried them out..and felt very comfortable when we finallly made our decision. Quality of merchandise was excellent, warranties way more than we anticipated...service of highest quality. It was a very pleasant experience and we are eagerly awaiting the delivery of our new bed and bedding. Thanks for all your kindness!

I was looking for a Denver mattress but wasn’t sure which model would be best . I called into Furniture Row Central Point ORE and was looked after by the Assistant Manager, Hunter Kendall. Hunter was totally professional and have an easy to understand run down of the different models. I purchased two DC Elite Queen sets with accessories. I cannot recommend Hunter highly enough. We needed a new mattress and after researching various brands decided Doctor's Choice was what we wanted. Went to Denver Mattress and talked to Mike Sarro and he was very helpful. Showed us various models , let us test the feel, and explained a lot. We got exactly what we wanted for a good price.
