I went there today to get a battery, before I got there I called and asked do they install batteries, the manager said yes, I get there and nobody knew how to put in a battery the manager JENNIFER DELGADO refused to come outside and assist me or even send another employee out to help. The employee that was trying to do the best she could was literally in tears she was so sweet it was her 4th day A guy that was purchasing parts in the store came out and put my battery in. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL never will I ever go there again

I enjoy shopping at most AutoZone parts stores, but by far this one is my favorite. I drive out of my way to do business with the S. Pollock location. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Seems like the grey shirts, the supervisors, are on top of their game when it comes to managing staff and store knowledge. Five plus stars for this location.
