Carla was amazing!! She got us in and out with a new phone in less than 30 minutes including a screen protector and an otter box case! So happy with her awesome service she was sweet and caring without the sales pitch will always come back to this location

I just transferred from Sprint to Tmovil. I so dragged on it. Because I hate change. Well when to the Tmovil at long beach town center. Bad, bad no rant. I called this store for help. From the beginning the manager was patient. He said come will help you. I got Armando (outstanding sales) fixed it. Worked with management and took care of the issues.. Awesome Team keep up the good customers service. This what good service looks like 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The stuffs are like slugs in this store they take a long time to help a customer I went there one time and they made me wait at the store for one hour and when I asked them if how many more minutes for someone to help me she said maybe an hour or more I just left. I would recommend you guys to drive to another t-mobile store rather than waiting for nothing at this store. You're all welcome😘

Waited 1hr this morning to talk to someone to buy a phone. They ask me to bring the phone that will be traded. I then ask what I needed before leaving and they said , “jus being the phone”. Went home to get it. Came back waited another hour and come to find out I needed the iCloud password to my dads phone. How TF I’m I able to call my dad if I have he’s phone with me. Now heading home and coming back tomorrow and most likely wait another hour again. If your ready to wait, you’ll have no problem here.

Worst T-mobile store I’ve ever been to, I recommend everyone to go to a different T-mobile. The service was of low quality, the manager seemed to not have a care in the world, and an associate lied to get me to get a “free” phone line. The associate never once mentioned a $20 fee for the free phone line that I ended up paying for thinking it was free, he asked me multiple times and I declined all those times until he asked the fourth time saying if I was sure because it was free. I should’ve asked what exactly I was paying for when I was about to pay. I’m still a T-mobile customer and user, but will never return to this location ever again.

My Brother and me went to store on Feb'2019 and there was rush as usual in the store and was a waiting line too but we understand so not at all problem for that. We were last customer on that day. This review is for "REAGAN" and "CARLA" who went out of the way to help us. they helped us explaining which T-Mobil plan will give us more benefit and less expenses. Also store was closed at 8 but for us they stayed up to 8:40 to help us. Thank you so much for this customer service we are so Happy and we will be loyal to T-Mobil forever. :)
